スライバS1.S2を紡績する1対の空気紡績ユニット
1a、1bを有する紡糸部2を有し、紡糸部2内には後
述するスラブキャッチャの信号により作動するカッター
がある。これらは、従来の2ブライ紡績装置のものと特
に異なるところはない。 紡糸部2の下方には、紡績ユニット1a、1bから紡出
された糸Y 、Y2の走行方向に順に糸切れセンサ3a
、3b、デリベリローラ4、スジツクチューブ5a、5
b、スラブキヤツチtea。 6bが配置されているが、これらはすべて2系列分用意
されていて、巻取前は2本の糸Y1.Y2を合糸するこ
となくそれぞれ独立に処理または検査するようになって
いる。巻取装置1f7は、パッケージPの支持機構の図
示を省略したがパッケージPはパッケージ駆動ローラ8
に当接して回転し糸の巻き取りを行い、パッケージ駆動
ローラ8はパッケージPごとに独立に作動可能なもので
ある。 そのトラバースガイド9は、機構においては特に従来の
紡績装置におけるものと異なるものではないが、この装
置においては合糸部材を兼ねている。 この紡績811Fによる紡績は、次のようにして行ねれ
る。 紡績ユニット1a、1bによる2本の系Y1゜Y2の紡
績までは従来の装置による場合と同様にして行われる。 この後、従来の装置では直ちに合糸ガイドによる合糸が
行われるが、この装置では糸Y1.Y2は合糸されるこ
となくデリベリローラ4で引ぎ取られた後、巻取装e7
上で回転するパッケージPにより引き取られ、トラバー
スガイド9で初めて引き揃えられて合糸され、2プライ
紡4a糸パツケージPとして巻き上げられる。 この間、糸切れは糸切れセンサ3a、3bにより、スラ
ブはスラブキャッチャ6a、6bにより、それぞれ検出
され、何れか一方の糸だけでも異常が検出されると、直
ちに巻取![7が停止し、また紡糸部2内のカッターが

糸部材としてのガイドをスラブキャッチャ6とトラバー
スガイド9の間に設けてもよいことは勿論である。 【考案の効果] 合糸114Mを巻取装置の糸導入部に設け、巻取装置を
パッケージごとに独立に作動可能にした本発明の2ブラ
