Abstract

PURPOSE:To complete operation exactly at a set completion time, and prevent wrinkles and deformation from being generated on clothing by setting a required operation time to be long previously and automatically, and by regulating time for starting draining before a final dehydrating process so that the operation may be completed at a preset completing time. CONSTITUTION:A process switch 9 is pushed, and on contents, a water level switch 10 is pushed and a using water level is set. A timepiece setting switch 8 is pushed, and a preset completing time is set at 8:00 AM for example. By a controller, the case of the least feed water quantity per unit time is assumed and arithmetic is performed on a feed water time for 12 minutes at maximum for example, as a time required for feeding water up to a high water level, and to a set washing time, a rinsing time, and a dehydrating time, a draining time, a correcting process time due to cloth deviation generated on the way of operation, and the other time are added, and arithmetic is performed on a washing operation required-time, and arithmetic is performed on a washing starting time at 6:30 AM for example. When the washing starting time is set, then feeding water is started. After that, rinsing is completed and after that, if it does come to 7:55 AM, the process is not shifted to a dehydrating process but is shifted to the dehydrating process at 7:55 AM, and the operation is completed at 8:00 AM.

As a result, the control device (33) determines the washing start time as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 63-35273 based on the required time shown in the process diagrams of FIGS. 6 and 7 and the set operation end time. The washing operation is automatically started when the start time is reached.

However, in an actual washing operation, the amount of water supplied per unit time varies due to differences in water pressure, etc., so the actual water supply time may differ from the set water supply time. Additionally, if the laundry becomes uneven during spin-driving, for example, the lid unbalance sensor detects this, and a correction process is sometimes introduced to correct the imbalance by resupplying water and stirring again.

Furthermore, in the process using the automatic course shown in Figure 8,
First, water is supplied to a low water level, and the amount of clothing loaded is detected by stirring at this low water level, and the washing operation details suitable for this are set according to the detected amount of load, so when setting a reservation, At this stage, the required time is unknown.

For this reason, washing may not finish at the scheduled end time, and if it ends earlier than the scheduled time, the clothes will remain in the washing/spinning tank in a state where they have finished spinning, causing wrinkles and wrinkles on the clothes. There is a risk of deformation.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional example, and when the washing operation end time is set and a reserved operation is performed, the water supply amount per unit time is small, and the water supply time exceeds the preset time, or when the washing operation ends in the middle of the operation. Even if the clothes are misaligned and a correction process is added, the operation can be reliably finished at the set end time, preventing wrinkles or deformation of the clothes, and the washing machine is easy to use. The object of the present invention is to provide an operation control method.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a fully automatic washing machine in which the washing contents and the operation end time can be reserved and the operation start time is automatically set based on the reserved laundry contents and the operation end time. In case the operation does not end at the scheduled end time due to reasons such as the amount of water supplied or laundry being skewed, the required operation time is automatically set longer in advance.
The gist of this is to time-adjust the start of drainage before the final dewatering step so that the operation ends at the scheduled end time.

According to the present invention, in case the operation is unlikely to end at the scheduled end time due to the amount of water supplied per unit time or the correction process added due to unevenness of clothing that occurs during operation, etc., the required amount of water is The operation time is set longer in advance to bring the operation start time earlier, and if the operation is likely to end earlier than the reserved operation end time, the operation is temporarily stopped before draining before the final dewatering process and the drain is not drained. Adjust the time here.

After waiting, the dehydration operation is started so that the operation ends at the reserved end time. Therefore, the operation ended at the scheduled time,
Laundry is not left in the tub after spin-drying is complete,
Furthermore, even when the reservation end time arrives, the vehicle is not still in operation.

As a result, the control device (33) calculates, for example, 12 minutes of water supply time as the time required to supply water to the high water level set assuming that the amount of water supplied per unit time is the minimum. The required washing operation time is calculated by adding the water supply time, the set washing time, rinsing time, dehydration time, the drain 0, the correction process time due to unbalance due to unevenness of the cloth that occurred during operation, and other times. The laundry start time, for example, 6:30 AM, is calculated from the reservation end time and the required driving time (Step 2).
When the washing start time is calculated as shown in the flowchart of FIG. 2, the washing start time is AM6:

When the washing start time arrives, the water supply valve (17) automatically opens and water supply starts (step).Water is supplied to the high water level, which is the set water level, and when this is detected by the sensor part (35), water supply starts. After rinsing is performed twice, which is the set number of times, the process moves to the final dehydration step, but the current time is the set dehydration time of 5 minutes, and the reserved operation end time is AM.
It is determined whether or not it is 7:55 AM subtracted from 8:00 (Stepne), and if it is 7:55 AM, it immediately moves to the dehydration process, and after dehydration operation for 5 minutes, which is the set dehydration time (Snapple). , A, which is the reserved driving end time.
M8: The operation ends exactly at OO (step wo). On the other hand, if the stage of step nu, that is, the time to move to the final dehydration process after rinsing has not reached 7:55 AM (step nu), the water is discharged from the dehydration process. Instead of changing to "step wa", the clothes are rinsed and immersed in the water and the operation is temporarily stopped (step wa). During this time, for example, the display lamp (7) is blinked to indicate that it is currently on standby (step power).

As described above, in the washing machine operation control method of the present invention, when the operation end time is set and the operation is scheduled, the operation time is set to be longer and the operation is started earlier. Even if the amount of water supplied per unit is low or a correction process is performed due to an imbalance during the process, the operation will not end at the scheduled end time, and if the operation is likely to end early, the drain from the final dehydration process will not be interrupted. Since the operation is temporarily stopped in front of the vehicle and the driver waits to adjust the time, the operation is guaranteed to end exactly at the scheduled end time.

As a result, there is no need to leave clothes in the spin-drying tank when spin-drying is complete, which prevents wrinkles or deformation of clothes, and it is easy to use because the machine is not still running when the reservation ends. It is.
