Problems to be solved by the invention However, in the above-mentioned conventional suspended movable shelf,
Since the weight of the movable shelf 01 does not act on the drive wheel 05, it is difficult to obtain a large running force between the drive wheel 05 and the hanger rail 03, and slipping between the drive wheel 05 and the hanger rail 03 is likely to occur.

In order to overcome this problem, as shown in FIG. 11, a rack 011 is formed on the lower surface of the hanger rail 03 over the entire length of the rail, and a drive A pinion 012 that meshes with this rack 011 is fitted onto the drive shaft 02 instead of the wheel 05, but the rack 01
1 and pinion 012 are expensive and high costs are unavoidable, and rack 011 and pinion 01
Since it is necessary to maintain the meshing accuracy of 2 above a certain level over the entire length of the hanger rail 03, sufficient attention must be paid to the assembly and construction of the movable shelf, and if this meshing accuracy is low, noise may be generated. In addition, the movable shelf 01 cannot be easily moved.

According to the present invention, since the mounting position of the running wheel and the mounting position of the movable shelf with respect to the arm member are offset,
Due to the weight of the movable shelf (its own weight and loaded weight), a moment acts on the arm member with the point of contact between the running wheel and the hanger rail as a fulcrum, and this moment presses the driving wheel against the lower surface of the hanger rail. Therefore, sufficient frictional force is generated between the drive wheel and the lower surface of the hanger rail, so when the drive wheel is rotated via the drive shaft, there is no slippage between the drive wheel and the hanger rail, and the drive wheel The rotational force applied to the movable shelf is effectively converted into the running force of the movable shelf, resulting in a large running force.

In this way, in the present invention, by utilizing the weight of the movable shelf, a large running force can be applied to the movable shelf without using a rack and pinion. In addition, the frictional force between the drive wheels and the bottom surface of the hanger rail increases as the weight of the movable shelf increases, so even if the movable shelf becomes heavier, it will not slip, and the running force will be adjusted accordingly. Can be transmitted to the shelf.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a total of three hanger rails 16 are provided at both ends in the frontage direction and at the center, and an arm piece 23 is provided for each hanger rail 16. However, the drive wheels 32 pivotally supported by each arm piece 23 are connected by a common drive shaft 31. This drive shaft 31
The gear 3 is driven by a motor 34 fixed to the movable shelf 7.

A moment AW acts on the arm piece 23 due to the weight W of the movable shelf 7, with the contact point A between the running wheel 15 and the hanger rail 16 as a fulcrum. Due to this moment, the drive wheel 32 is pressed against the lower surface of the hanger rail 16 by a force P (P=a/bW).
Therefore, sufficient frictional force is generated between the drive wheel 32 and the lower surface of the hanger rail 16, and when the drive wheel 32 is driven and rotated by the motor 34 as described above, the drive wheel 32 slips and spins idly. There is no problem, and the movable shelf 7 is reliably moved by the rotation of the drive wheel 32. Also, by changing the ratio of the above distances a and b,
The running force applied to the movable shelf can be adjusted to an appropriate value. The pressing force P is proportional to the weight W of the movable shelf 7. Therefore, even if the load on the movable shelf 7 increases and its inertial force increases, there is no problem because the pressing force P increases accordingly and a larger force can be transmitted to the movable shelf 7. A wheel pressure corresponding to the weight W of the movable shelf 7 and the pressure force P is generated on the running wheel 15, but if the driving wheel 32 is provided with rubber lining or the like to increase the coefficient of friction, the ratio of the distance b to the distance a can be reduced. The pressure contact force P may be decreased by increasing the pressure force P.
5 can be reduced by that amount.

In this way, each movable shelf has its own motor 3.
4 to form a shelf passageway along the shelf frontage of a particular movable shelf on which articles are to be taken in and taken out. As described above, each drive wheel 32 is connected to the common drive shaft 31 and rotates at the same speed due to the rotation of the drive shaft 31, so that meandering operation of the movable shelf 7 can be effectively prevented. However, the drive wheels 32 do not necessarily have to be provided corresponding to all the hanger rails. In this embodiment, each movable shelf is driven by a motor 34 to move, but it may also be moved manually by operating a handle connected to the drive shaft 31 via a sprocket, chain, etc. Of course it is possible.

Note that, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a swing prevention device 39 is provided on the lower surface of each movable shelf 7. This rocking prevention device 39 is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8.
As shown in the figure, the lower frontage post joint member 10
It consists of a fixed frame member 40 fixed to the fixed frame member 40, and a swinging frame member 42 swingably attached to the fixed frame member 40 via a pivot shaft 41 parallel to the shelf frontage surface. A wide wheel 43 whose one end is rubber-lined is rotatably supported around an axis parallel to the pivot shaft 41 . The other end of the swinging frame member 42 is connected to the fixed frame member 40 via a tension coil spring 44, and the wheel 43
is always pressed against the floor surface with an appropriate force by the tension of the tension coil spring 44. Therefore, even in the event of an earthquake or the like, the movable shelf 7 will not swing within a plane parallel to the shelf frontage surface.

Effects of the Invention As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of movable hanger rails are installed on a plurality of hanger rails installed horizontally above a movable shelf, and the shelf frontage surface extends in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the hanger rail. In a suspended movable shelf in which a shelf is reciprocably suspended in the longitudinal direction via running wheels provided at the upper part of each movable shelf, the movable shelf is attached to an arm member to which the running wheels are attached, Suspended at a position spaced apart from the mounting position of the running wheel in the longitudinal direction of the hanger rail, and attached to the arm member at a position spaced away from the running wheel mounting position on the opposite side to the hanging position of the movable shelf; A drive shaft extending parallel to the shelf frontage surface is pivotally supported, and a drive wheel is provided on the drive shaft, which is pressed against the lower surface of at least two of the hanger rails, so that the drive wheel is not affected by the weight of the movable shelf. It is pressed against the lower surface of the hanger rail, and sufficient frictional force can be obtained between the two. Therefore, the rotational force of the drive wheels is effectively transmitted to the movable shelf as running force without the drive wheels idling. Moreover, since the pressing force increases as the weight of the movable shelf increases, the movable shelf can always be moved reliably and efficiently without being affected by the load.
