ず困惑状態となり、その結果、会議がスムーズに進行で
きない場合があるという欠点がある。

話モードの設定入力によって前記カメラからの送信映像
信号に前記操作入力部から文字入力された文字信号を多
重にして送出する文字多重送出部を前記合成映像送出手
段に有し、前記マイクロホンからの送信音声信号の送出
を遮断して出力回線を終端する音声切替部を前記送出音
声遮断手段に有して構成し、さらに、秘話モード設定に
対応するメツセージを予め記憶している記憶部と前記操
作入力部からの秘話モードの設定入力によって前記カメ
ラからの送信映像信号に前記記憶部からの前記メツセー
ジを多重にして送出する前記文字多重送出部とを前記主
装置に有して構成している。
