Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a humidifying device which may be free from clogging after use for a long time by making a framework in sleeve form one lateral side of which is provided with a feedwater tube with a regulator and has rectangular holes at an equal pitch and the other lateral side of which has rectangular holes at positions forming a zigzag pattern together with the other rectangular holes and by fitting in humidifying plates along the zigzag pattern. CONSTITUTION:After preliminarily setting control device 24 for a flow of water by a valve 25, city water is supplied through a water inlet tube 23. The water drips from a water-feeding tube 26. The water flows downward in a stream on a series of humidifying plates 28 arranged in a zigzag pattern, thus wetting the humidifying plates 28 successively. After all the humidifying plates 28 have been wetted, a hot current of air resulting from passage through an indoor heat exchanger 14 impinges upon the humidifying plates 28, is humidified and sent indoors through an outlet 17. The water left unused for humidification falls into a receiving pan 19 and is discharged through a discharge port 27.

Then, a water-permeable filter material 7 made of a non-woven fabric is impregnated with water, and a humidifying plate 8 made of a non-woven fabric, which is vertically disposed vertically from the filter medium 7 and arranged in parallel, is impregnated with water. The humidifying plates 8 provided in parallel are drawn out by passing through a long hole provided in the bottom of the water storage can 6, and humidification is performed by ventilating the group of humidifying plates 8.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, water is first stored in the water storage can 6 from the water supply port 5 of the water supply pipe 4, and after the water is impregnated in the filter medium 7, the water storage pipe 6 is Since water is added in parallel, water dust (scale) such as limescale contained in city water causes the filter material 7 to become clogged over time, making it impossible for the humidifying plates 8 to contain sufficient water. Capacity decreases. In order to prevent limescale, which is valuable in city water, from concentrating and clogging the 8 groups of humidifying plates themselves, more water than is required for humidification is supplied to allow the concentrated limescale to be discharged. However, there was a problem in that it was necessary to supply a large amount of water to each of the eight groups of humidifying plates arranged in parallel, and the amount required was about three times the amount of humidification.

Function: With this configuration, the water dripped onto the top of the humidifying plate group is
Moisture is transmitted in series downward through the humidifying plates formed in a step-like manner, and all the humidifying plates are impregnated with water.A small amount of water prevents clogging, and also ventilates the large number of humidifying plates that are moistened with water. By doing so, sufficiently humidified air will be blown out.

A humidifying device 16 is provided on the drain pan 15 and on the leeward side of the heat exchanger 14.
An indoor air outlet 17 is provided correspondingly. Next, the humidifying device 16 will be explained with reference to FIG. That is, the frame 18 of the humidifying device is composed of a water tray 19, a right side plate 20, a left side plate 21, and a top plate 22, and has a sleeve shape. At the upper part of the right side plate 20, there is a water supply inlet pipe 23.
A regulating device 24 is connected to and limits the water supply, and this regulating device 24 is regulated by a valve 25 for regulating the amount of water. A water supply pipe 26 is provided from the adjustment device 24 so as to pass through the right side plate 20 and face the inside of the frame body 18 . The water tray 19 provided at the lower part of the right side plate 20 is provided with a drain port 27 for draining water into the drain pan 16. In the right side panel 20 of the housing, square holes 29 for inserting humidifying plates 28 are provided at the same pitch below the water supply pipe 26. The left side plate 21 also includes the right side plate 2.
Square holes 30 are provided at different levels from the square holes 29 groups provided in the square holes 29 and 30, and two humidifying plates 28 made of a non-woven material are alternately assembled in the square holes 29 and 30, and are inclined to each other. Each of the square holes 29.
30. In other words, the water flows in series.

In the above configuration, the pulp 2 of the adjusting device 24 is
By adjusting the amount of water at 6 and pressing the button, city water is supplied from the water supply inlet pipe 23, water drips from the water supply pipe 26, and the water flows in series on the step-shaped humidifying plate 28 group. The water is sequentially transmitted downward, and as a result, water is sequentially absorbed into the humidifying plates 28 group. When all the humidifying plates 28 contain water in this way, the high temperature air that passes through the indoor heat exchanger 14 comes into contact with the humidifying plates 28 and is humidified and blown out from the indoor air outlet 17.

Also, of the supplied water, the water that is not used for humidification falls into the water tray 19, but this water is discharged from the drain port 27 and flows into the drain pan 16.
Drain the water to a designated location using a drain hose (not shown). In other words, the humidifying plates 28 are arranged in a stepwise manner and are inclined so that water flows through the water supply pipes 26 one after another.
Since water is constantly flowing in series, only the amount of water necessary for humidification is required, and the amount of water needed to wash away concentrated water (scale) such as limescale is extremely small.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments described above, the present invention has a structure in which the humidifying plate is provided in a step-like manner at a position facing the water supply pipe provided at the upper part of the right side plate of the sleeve-shaped frame body. Unlike the configuration in which a water tank is provided and a filter material is placed in it,
It is less likely to get clogged over time! Furthermore, compared to the conventional method of supplying water to the humidifying plate in parallel, this embodiment allows water to flow in series, so that the degree of clogging of the entire humidifying plate is reduced. Since there is no need for conventionally used water storage cans, the humidifier can also be made smaller.
