接続し、マイクロコンピユータの電源と絶縁され
た電源が供給される電圧電流変換器により、前記
抵抗の両端に現われる電圧に比例する電流をホト
カプラの発光ダイオードに流し、前記ホトカプラ
のホトトランジスタと抵抗の直列回路に商用電源
と絶縁された直流電源を接続し、前記直列回路に
現われる電圧をマイクロコンピユータに入力し、
該入力値により算出されるコイル電流がコイル電
流の設定値に一致するように前記マイクロコンピ
ユータが前記サイリスタの制御角を算出し、該制
御角に基ずき絶縁信号伝達素子を介して前記サイ
リスタをトリガーさせることを特徴とする流量制
