(Means for solving the problem) This invention was made in response to the above request.
The gist of this is that, in a device for separating spherical objects contained in lumps or foil-like materials, a separation plate is used in which a large number of holes are formed in a staggered pattern on a flat surface and a zigzag plate is arranged around the holes. and a support case for receiving the spherical object, which is located below the separation plate, are arranged with a slope of an angle θ at which the spherical object falls, and an excitation device is attached to the separation plate and the support case. This is a device for separating spherical objects.

(Function) According to the present invention, the granular material is placed on a separation plate having an angle θ, and while vibrating, only the spherical objects in the group are rolled down and separated, and collected in the support case. It is a group of powdered raw materials that are a mixture of foil-like and spherical objects. The spherical objects around the periphery roll easily without any obstacles (foil-like objects that do not roll), but the ones near the center of the group Since the spherical objects are in a mixed state with obstacles and are difficult to roll in that state, the spherical objects are made easier to roll by applying vibrations to the group of powder particles.

A separation plate 1 for separating spherical objects is coupled in a support case 2 with a distance between the bottom plates of the two, and the separation plate 1 and support case 2 have a slope of an angle θ where only the spherical objects roll off. will be installed.
Further, in the lower part of the support case 2, a vibration device 3 is provided which applies vibration in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1 in order to cause the powder on the separation plate to move up the slope.

Furthermore, a supply hopper 4 is provided at the upper rear end of the separation plate 1 to supply the treated powder 5 to the separation plate 1. Although the supply hopper 4 is provided in this example, the present invention is not limited to this, and a conveyance means such as a belt conveyor may be provided. The separation plate 1 has rainbow plates 10 arranged in a staggered manner in the direction of movement of the powder and granules.
A large number of holes 11 passing through the separation plate 1 are provided on the back surface of the separator plate 1. As shown in the figure, the jamb plate 10 is formed in a dogleg shape (mountain shape), and the top thereof faces in a direction opposite to the direction in which the powder and granules travel.

The processed material fed onto the separation plate 1 from the supply hopper 4 moves up the separation plate 1 due to the vibration of the vibration excitation device 3, but as shown in FIG. The direction of the flow is changed by the plate 10,
The flow follows the jiyama board. A space is created on the back side of the jiyama board 10, for example, the jiyama board 1
The spherical objects in the group flowing along 0' and located at the periphery in contact with this space are released from the surrounding restraints, roll onto the back side of the jiyama board 10, and then fall into the same area. It falls below the separating plate 1 through the provided hole 11. Jiyama board 1 with a lot of powder and granules
0, the spherical objects are completely separated, and the powder 7 from which the spherical objects have been removed is collected in a container 6 provided at the tip side of the separating plate. On the other hand, the separated spherical objects 9 are rolled on the bottom of the support case 2 and collected in a container 8 provided at the rear end side. In this way, the granular material 5 supplied to this separation device can be continuously separated into the spherical material 9 and the granular material 7 from which the spherical material 9 is removed.

In this example, a large number of holes are provided in the flat part of the separation plate, but the invention is not limited to this, for example, if no holes are provided,
It is sufficient to use only the cutting board, and if spherical objects accumulate inside the cutting board, the work may be stopped once and the separating plate may be tilted to take out the spherical objects.

(Effect of the invention) It is possible to completely and continuously separate spherical objects in a powder or granular material having a particle size structure that cannot be separated by a sieving method. Furthermore, the separation effect is not related to the particle size of the powder or granules or the particle size of the spherical material. The processing speed can be determined by changing the width of the separation plate 1, and the separation efficiency can be determined by changing the length of the separation plate, that is, by changing the number of stages in the longitudinal direction of the separation plate, so that a design can be made according to the purpose.
