[Prior art 1] As this type of mixing device, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 551164
The configuration disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 28 is well known as a conventional example. This conventional example includes a mixing pipe through which the main ingredient and curing agent of the epoxy resin paint are fed by compressed air, a heating means is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mixing pipe, and a wire-like rigid It has a configuration in which a certain elongated member is bent and disposed so as to be filled. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional example, when the epoxy resin paint and curing agent fed by air flow down the inside of the mixing pipe, they are partially flowed by the bent member 1a. Although the direction of d2 can be changed and the d2 combination of both can be partially performed, the overall flow cannot be changed, and therefore, equal mixing cannot be expected. In addition, if you try to expect even mixing by increasing the amount of mixing between the two by changing the flow partially, you will have to use a long mixing pipe, which not only takes a lot of time, but also There is a problem in that a large amount of separation and curing agent remains in the mixing pipe at the end of the work, resulting in wasted material and making subsequent cleaning work troublesome. Therefore, in the conventional example, there is a problem that must be solved by quickly performing uniform mixing over a short distance and shortening the work. [Means for Solving the Problems 1] As a specific means for solving the problems of the conventional example, the present invention includes a rotating shaft driven by a motor, a plurality of rotating plates attached to the rotating shaft, and a plurality of rotating plates attached to the rotating shaft. A mixing chamber having a meandering kneading passage is formed with a plurality of baffle plates located between the rotary plates, and a supply passage communicating with the mixing chamber and capable of continuously supplying two different liquids is provided, so that the two liquids supplied are 112 provides a two-component mixing device characterized in that the two-component mixture is configured to be stirred or kneaded by the rotary plate while flowing meanderingly through the kneading passage, and the mixing chamber has a baffle plate sandwiched therebetween. , and an intermediate member integrally provided with a baffle plate;
By removably assembling a housing having a discharge port and further providing a kneading means on the rotary plate, two different liquids continuously supplied can be reliably delivered over a short distance. Moreover, it is possible to mix them evenly and discharge them. Embodiment 1 Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment. Reference numeral 1 denotes a motor, and a rotating shaft 4 is connected to a drive shaft 2 of the motor via a coupling mechanism 3. and,
The motor 1 has seven flange portions 5 for taking fJ, and the seven
A plurality of boss portions 6 for attachment are provided on the flange portion. The coupling mechanism 3 is completely covered by a cylindrical cover member 7, and the cover member 7 is provided with a window 8 so that the coupling mechanism 3 can be checked visually. . The cover member 7 serves as a kind of spacer when the base member 9 having the 7 flange portions 9a is attached to the motor 1 with a plurality of bolts 10, and is formed of the cover member 7. The space becomes a cabin in which the coupling mechanism 3 is housed. The base member 9 has a d through hole 1 through which the rotating shaft 4 passes.
1, and are provided with liquid supply passages 12 and 13 communicating with the core through-hole, respectively, and joint connecting portions 14 and 15 for supplying liquid from the outside to the supply passages. Then, in a state in which the rotating shaft 4 is disposed so as to pass through the through hole 11, the coupling ffJ ti! A bearing mechanism 17 is disposed in the mechanism 3 via a stopper ring 16, and the liquid from the supply passage 12.13 flows into the bearing mechanism 1.
A cap seal 18 is provided to prevent leakage to the 7 side. A two-liquid di-coupling chamber 19 is formed on the free end side of the rotation @4. The mixing chamber 19 has a meandering kneading passage formed by a plurality of baffle plates 20 and a plurality of rotating plates 21 located between the baffle plates and attached to the rotating shaft 4. In this case, in order to facilitate assembly and internal cleaning, intermediate members 22 are used, with one baffle plate 20 being held between the base member 9 and the other baffle plate 2.
0 is formed integrally with the intermediate member 22, and further includes a housing 23.
By arranging the baffle plates 20 on the end side, the baffle plates 20 can be arranged at equal intervals in the mixing chamber 19, and the rotary plate 21 is properly positioned between the baffle plates with an appropriate spacer 24 interposed therebetween. It is attached to the rotating shaft 4 as shown in FIG. A discharge port 25 for the mixed liquid is formed in the housing 23, and a suitable joint 26 can be connected to the discharge port. O-rings 27 are provided at the contact portions of the base member 22, the intermediate member 22, and the housing 23 to prevent liquid leakage, and the housing 23 is connected to the base member 9 by an appropriate bolt 28. It can be detachably attached to. The rotary plate 21 may be one having a simple disk shape, but in order to further enhance the stirring or kneading function, one having the structure shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 may be used. That is, the rotating plate 21 shown in FIG. 3 has a plurality of protrusions or holes 30 in the middle part and a plurality of notches 31 in the peripheral part. In this case, the protrusions are provided on both sides,
In addition, in the case of a hole, it is sufficient to provide either a notch or a hole. The rotary plate 21 shown in FIG. 4 is provided with an arcuate rib 32 on at least one side of the notch 31, and the arcuate rib 32 prevents liquid from flowing in the direction of rotation of the rotary plate 21. Formed to guide outward. The arcuate ribs 32a formed on the back side are formed so as to guide the liquid inward in the direction of rotation of the rotating plate 21, contrary to the above. In any case, rotating plate 2
1 is given the function of acting on the fluid to enhance stirring or kneading. [Description of work No. 111] In the two-liquid mixing device of the present invention having the above configuration, different liquids,
That is, the epoxy resin paint and the curing agent are mixed in a predetermined ratio!
Continuously supplied. These liquids pass through the kneading passage Δ and are discharged from the discharge port 25. When passing through the kneading passage A, both liquids are stirred or kneaded by the rotation of the rotary plate 21. The liquid flows toward the outer circumferential direction, is forced to flow inward from the outer circumferential direction, and after passing the first baffle plate 20 flows further toward the outer circumferential direction, and is finally discharged from the discharge port 25 after meandering several times. I come to do it. Therefore, during this meandering flow, two different liquids are forcibly kneaded by the rotation of the rotary plate 21, so that both liquids are evenly mixed and discharged even in continuous supply. It is. If the rotary plate 21 is provided with kneading means such as holes 30, notches 31, or ribs 32, the stirring or kneading becomes even more remarkable in conjunction with the meandering flow, thereby allowing continuous supply. Both liquids will be mixed evenly by the time they are released. (Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the two-liquid mixing device according to the present invention has a rotating shaft driven by a motor, and a plurality of rotating plates attached to the rotating shaft and a plurality of rotating plates located between the rotating plates. A mixing chamber having a meandering kneading passage is formed with a plurality of baffle plates, a supply passage communicating with the mixing chamber and capable of continuously supplying two different liquids is provided, and the supplied two liquids flow meanderingly through the kneading passage. By configuring the mixing chamber to be stirred or kneaded by the rotating plate during the mixing process, even if the size or length of the mixing chamber is reduced, the continuously supplied two different liquids can be reliably and evenly mixed. Not only can the mixing chamber be discharged with a single plate, but it also has various excellent effects such as reducing the amount of liquid remaining after the work is completed, eliminating material waste, and making cleaning work easier. The structure is formed by removably assembling an intermediate member that holds the baffle plate and is integrally provided with the baffle plate, and a housing that has a discharge port, thereby making cleaning work possible after the work is completed. In this case, the mixing chamber can be easily disassembled, which has the excellent effect of significantly facilitating cleaning work and internal inspection work.Furthermore, the kneading means is provided on the rotating plate. As a result, the meandering cross-talk path or mixing chamber can be shortened, and thereby two different liquids that are continuously supplied can be reliably and evenly mixed and discharged over a short distance, and other excellent effects can be achieved. .
