設けられたピストンと、該ピストンの外周に取付
けられ、前記ピストンが前記駆動手段方向または
前記従動手段方向に移動する時のみ、前記シリン
ダ内を気密的に区画する一方向シール部材とを備
え、前記ピストンと前記一方向シール部材との間
には、前記一方向シール部材により前記シリンダ
内が気密的に区画された時に、前記駆動手段がわ
のシリンダ内と前記従動手段がわのシリンダ内と
を連通する絞りが形成されたことを特徴とするダ
