A disk-shaped conductive mat 4 thinner than the height of the step portions 2e and 2f is attached, and a conductive layer 5 is formed on the inner surface of one of the guide holes 2d and connected to the conductive mat 4. The positioning pin 6 that fits into the guide hole 2d in which the conductive layer 5 is formed is formed of a metal with good electrical conductivity, and is connected to the ground wire 7. Since the rest is the same as the conventional example, the same components are given the same reference numerals and their explanations will be omitted. Furthermore, the operation when the optical disk cartridge configured as described above is installed in a recording/playback device is the same as in the conventional example, so a description thereof will be omitted, but the main body 2
The conductive mat 4 attached to the inner surface of the optical disc 1 and connected to the ground wire 7 eliminates the electric potential charged on the optical disc 1 by corona discharge, so that the optical disc 1 does not attract dirt or dust.

The difference is that instead of the conductive mat 4 attached to the inner surface of the main body 2, the conductive mat 4 is inserted into the rectangular opening 2b of the main body 2, and the circular and annular stepped portion 2e is inserted into the rectangular opening 2b of the main body 2.
A strip-shaped conductive mat 8 that stops at a position slightly lower than 2f is fixed to the inner surface of the sheet metal door 3, and the conductive layer 5 of the guide hole 2d and the door 3 are electrically connected (Fig. (not shown). Since the rest is the same as the first embodiment, the same components are given the same reference numerals and the explanation thereof will be omitted. Further, the operation when the optical disk cartridge is mounted on the recording/reproducing apparatus and the operation when the charged potential of the optical disk 1 is removed are the same as those in the first embodiment, and therefore their explanations will be omitted. In the first embodiment, the conductive layer 5 and the positioning pins 6 were used to ground the conductive mat 4, but even if the grounding is done by putting or coating an antistatic agent on the main body 2, it will take a long time. .
