Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate fitting and detaching a joint part, thereby enhance workability and facilitate inspection and maintenance, by a construction wherein a 'Velcro(R)' tape with a large width is superposed on and engaged to another 'Velcro(R)' tape adhered to an end part of a duct. CONSTITUTION:The 'Velcro(R)' tapes 2a, 2b are adhered to end joint parts of air conditioning ducts 1a, 1b along the whole circumference of the joint parts. Mount bases 5 attached to the ducts 1a, 1b are mounted to a car body or structure by screws or the like (bolts, rivets), and the 'Velcro(R)' tap 3 with a large width is superposed on and engaged to the 'Velcro(R)' tapes 2a, 2b preliminarily adhered to the duct joint parts, whereby the ducts 1a and 1b are coupled to each other to function as an air conditioning duct. Alternatively, the air conditioning ducts may be coupled to each other by use of the 'Vel cro(R)' tape 3 with a large width, before being attached to the vehicle body or structure.

The above-mentioned conventional technology does not take into consideration the workability of the duct connection portion, and there is a problem in that it takes time to install the duct. In addition, in the conventional technology, a flange is provided at the duct connection part and the outer periphery of the seven flanges is attached by tightening, so there is no consideration given to the increase in the number of parts and the simplification of the duct structure, which increases the cost of the duct. There was a problem with up.

According to this embodiment, since the connecting portion can be attached very easily, there is an effect that the workability of air conditioning duct construction can be improved. In addition, the connection part can be easily removed, so
Periodic maintenance and inspection of ducts becomes easier. Furthermore, unlike conventional technology, a flange is provided at the end of the duct and the outer periphery is not tightened with a tightening ring, so there is no need for unnecessary work on the air conditioning duct, and the tightening ring can also be eliminated. It has the effect of being able to be transformed into
