Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize a circuit and to suppress the electromagnetic coupling between input/output matching circuits low by using an inductor required for the high frequency filter input/output matching circuits. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency filter 1 is provided with the input-side matching circuit 2 and the output-side matching circuit 3. A first capacitor 4 and a first magnetic shielding chip inductor 6 constitute the input-side matching circuit 2 and a second capacitor 5 and a second shielding chip inductor 7 constitute the output-side matching circuit 3. Thus, miniaturization is attained and electromagnetic coupling between the input/output matching circuits can be suppressed low.

回路の全体或いは一部を金属性シールドカバーで覆う必
