Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a wire heater from being cut by a method wherein the wire heater is arranged in a zig-zag form within a space enclosed by a frame, a surface layer material and a rear surface layer, and a reinforcing spacer is placed between the surface layer and the rear surface layer avoiding the wire heater. CONSTITUTION:An electrical floor heating panel is made such that a surface layer material 2 and a rear layer material 3 are adhered to both upper and lower surfaces of an outer peripheral frame 1, a wire heater 5 is arranged in a zig-zag form in a space 4 enclosed by the frame 1, the surface layer 2 and the rear layer material 3. In order to keep a clearance between the surface layer material 2 and the rear surface material 3, a reinforcing spacer 6 is arranged between the surface layer material 2 and the rear surface layer 3 except the wire heater. A space between the surface layer material 2 and the rear surface layer material 3 is reinforced by the reinforcing spacer 6 snd the spacer can be made to have such a strength as one not to cause any deformation even if a person rides on the surface layer material 2. Since the surface layer material 2 is not deformed by the reinforcing spacer 6, it is possible to prevent the wire heater 5 from being broken.

[Problems to be Solved by the Inventionffl] However, there is a problem in that the planar heater serving as the heating means is expensive. In order to reduce costs, it is possible to use a linear heater that uses a heat-generating wire such as nichrome wire, but when using a linear heater, it is necessary to use a surface material and a backing material on both sides of the outer frame. A layer material must be applied, and linear heaters must be interposed in the space between the surface layer material and the back layer material by arranging them in a zigzag pattern. However, if a space is provided and the linear heater is arranged, there is a problem that the strength of the floor heating panel is weakened, and there is also a problem that the linear heater may break.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is to increase the strength even when using a linear heater, and to prevent disconnection of the linear heater. Provide a panel. [Means for solving the problem 1 In order to achieve the above object, the electric five-type floor heating panel of the present invention has the following features:

[Function 1] The space between the surface layer material 2 and the back layer material 3 is reinforced with the reinforcing spacer 6, and the distance is maintained, so that it is strong enough not to deform even if a tree is placed on top of the surface layer material 2, and with the imitation reinforcing spacer 6. Since the surface material 2 does not deform, it is possible to prevent the linear heater 5 from breaking. [Example 1 The frame 1 has a rectangular shape, and has a surface layer material 2 and a back layer material 3 on both the front and back sides.
is attached. In the space 4 between the frame 1, the surface layer material 2, and the back layer material 3, linear heaters 5 made of heat generating wires such as nichrome wires are arranged in a zigzag pattern. When the linear heaters 5 are arranged in a zigzag pattern, they are arranged so that they are closely spaced on both sides and sparsely spaced in the center. In other words, the section indicated by the symbol a is a sparse region, and the section indicated by the symbol a is a dense region. A large number of reinforcing spacers 6 are interposed in parallel between the surface layer material 2 and the back layer material 3 to maintain the distance between the surface layer material 2 and the back layer material 3, avoiding the linear heater 5. This reinforcing spacer 6 is made of a material such as a piece of wood.

In the case of the embodiment shown in Fig. 2, the long reinforcing spacer 6 has a thin plate shape.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a large number of short reinforcing spacers 6b are provided in parallel, and in the embodiment shown in FIG. A large number of spacers 6b are arranged in a row. The remaining space between the surface layer material 2 and the back layer material 3 is filled with a heat insulating material 7 such as urethane resin or felt. At this time, due to the presence of the reinforcing spacer 6, the filling amount of the heat insulating material 7 can be reduced, resulting in cost reduction. The back side of the t4 surface material 2 is lined with metal @8 as a heat equalizing plate. Electric floor heating panels A as shown in Fig. 1 are constructed as described above, and a plurality of panels are laid side by side on the floor. By energizing the linear heater 5 in this state, heat is radiated from the surface material 2 and the floor can be heated. At this time, since the linear heater 5 is sparse in the center and dense on both sides, sufficient heat is generated on both sides, and heating can be performed uniformly over the entire surface without temperature unevenness. [Effects of the Invention 1 As described above, the present invention arranges linear heaters in a zigzag pattern in the space surrounded by the frame, the surface material, and the backing material, and maintains the distance between the surface material and the backing material. A reinforcing spacer is inserted between the surface layer material and the back layer material to avoid the linear heater.
A reinforcing spacer can maintain the distance between the surface materials, and can provide strength so that the surface materials do not deform even when a load is applied to them. Even if the material is stepped on, the linear heater will not be crushed, and there will be no breakdown #i[h4].
