（考案が解決しようとする問題点）

裏面に粘着剤が付着しているため、そのまゝ保存
することができず、保存用の被貼着紙を必要と
し、又本来貼着による封かん、ラベル表示の目的

（実施例）
次に本考案実施の１例を添付図面につき説明す
る。図面で１は表面に表示部２を印刷した上質紙
から成る紙製ラベル基材を示す。本考案によれ
ば、該紙製ラベル基材１の裏面に文字、図柄、な
どの所望の印刷表示部３を設けると共にこれを透
明な合成樹脂塗膜４を一体に形成し、その塗膜４
の裏面に、合成樹脂塗膜５と粘着剤層６と剥離紙
７とを１体に重合形成して本考案のラベルとした
ものである。透明な合成樹脂塗膜４及び合成樹脂
塗膜５は、同一又は異なる合成樹脂材から成り、
前記のラベル基材１面に、例えば、低分子ポリエ
ステル、エチレン−酢酸ビニル樹脂などをキヤス
テイング法により、有機溶剤に溶かしその塗液を
塗布乾燥し、或はエキストルージヨン法により、
前記樹脂を加熱溶融したものを塗布し、順次重合
形成する。かくして、本考案ラベルは、該透明な
合成樹脂塗膜４と合成樹脂塗膜５との間の接着力
が、紙製ラベル基材１と該透明な合成樹脂塗膜４
との間の接着力及び該合成樹脂塗膜５と粘着剤層
６との接着力、粘着剤層６と被着体８との接着力
より弱いので、これら塗膜４，５の間で剥離可能
に構成される。粘着剤層６は、通常のアクリル系
粘着剤溶液を塗布乾燥して形成したものである。
合成樹脂塗膜５は透明、不透明のいづれでもよ
い。本考案の上記ラベルは、第２図示のように、
その剥離紙７を剥離後、適当な被着体８の表面に
貼着して使用されるが、その被着体８よりラベル
をはがすべく、ラベル基材１をつまみ上げるとき
は、最も接着力の弱い前記の合成樹脂塗膜４，５
の重合層間で剥がれるので、該合成樹脂塗膜５を
粘着剤層６上面に残し乍ら、紙製ラベル基材１を
損傷なく、円滑容易に被着体８面から剥がすこと
ができると共にその剥がされたラベル基材１即
ち、ラベル本体は、その裏面は透明な合成樹脂塗
膜４によつて補強された非粘着性ラベルとして得
られるので、そのまゝ長期に亘り安定な保存がで
き、又該ラベル基材１の裏面に予め印刷した表示
部３は透明な樹脂塗膜４を透して見ることがで
き、その表示部３をくじ引き用の表示としてある
ときはくじ引き用に、動物の柄絵、漫画などとす
るときは、その収集用ラベルとして利用でき、ラ
ベルの利用価値を向上することができ、又その表
示部３は、その表面を塗膜４で外部から保護され
ているので、長期保存し、表示部３の損傷、汚れ

膜を透し観察でき、これをくじ引き用、動物その
他の収集用表示などに役立ち、利用者の趣味性を
向上し得られ、ラベルの利用価値を向上し得られ
