位に設けられ、自家発電プラント全体の高効率運
転を支援する装置であつて、本装置の運用モード
を設定する運用モード設定部と、同運用モード設
定部からの出力を受け、各タービンからの流量検
出器と電力検出器からの出力信号を受け工学値変
換するタービンプロセス入力部と、各ボイラの蒸
気流量と燃料流量の特性及び各タービンの蒸気流
量とタービン出力の特性を設定するボイラ、ター
ビン特性設定部と、各タービンの運転制約条件を
設定するタービン制約設定部と、同タービン制約
設定部、上記タービンプロセス入力部およびボイ
ラ、タービン特性設定部の出力を受けて時々刻々
変動する電力需要と蒸気需要を演算し、自家発電
プラント全体の効率が最大になる各タービンの操
作量を探索し自家発電プラントの高効率運転に寄
与しているタービン制約条件を指摘する最適解探
索部と、この最適解探索部および上記タービン制
約設定部の出力を受け、高効率運転を実現するガ
イダンスを表示する運転支援表示部と、上記最適
解探索部および運用モード設定部の出力を受けて
下位制御装置の設定を変更するタービン設定出力
部とを具備することを特徴とする自家発電プラン
