Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は空気調和に使用する蒸気加湿器の改良

従来、空調用の蒸気加湿器として、一端を閉塞
せる管に蒸気噴出孔を明けたものが公知である。
しかしながら、使用蒸気には凝縮水が相当多量に
含まれており、この蒸気加湿器では凝縮水を除去
できず空気流中に放出してしまう結果、空調機や
ダクトの断熱材を濡らし、空調設備のみならず建

は内管の蒸気噴出孔よりも大なる蒸気噴出孔を設

孔であり、その孔径は上記内管5の蒸気噴出孔5

定されない。100,…は外管1の底壁に設けた

まれている凝縮水を多孔隔壁4によつてよく凝結
し、捕獲できる。特に図示せる実施例において
は、内管5の蒸気噴出孔50,…から噴出する蒸
気が外管1の管壁13に衝撃し、この箇所でも凝
縮水を捕獲できる。このように捕獲された凝縮水
は外管1の底部に溜りドレイン口100,…より

離したうえで、その蒸気流を外管から噴出させる
構成であり、凝結水を除去した蒸気で空調の湿度
調整を行い得、空調機の濡水障害を排除できる。
また、従来の蒸気加湿器に、外管を付加するだけ
で機構も簡単であり、廉価である。更に、取付、
