いて詳細に説明する。第1図は上記パネルの一例

板、ガルフアン、ステンレス板、ばね板、銅板、
合成樹脂板を長さL=2424〜3636mm位、幅W=20
〜100mmの化粧面2を2等辺山形状に形成した化
粧面部3とその先端部に設けた係合部4とから構
成したものである。さらに説明すると、化粧面部
3は長尺板材を長手方向に沿つてその中心でθ1
90°に折り曲げ、等辺の化粧面2を形成したもの
である。また、係合部4は化粧面2の先端を延長
し、内方にθ2≒120°の鈍角に形成した化粧側面5
を設け、その端縁を内方に化粧面2に対してθ3
10〜30°の角度で屈曲し、化粧側面5先端より内
方に位置するように延長してフリー端構造の係合
片6を形成し、断面をフツク状としたものであ
る。特に角度θ2を鈍角としたのは弾力が化粧面
2、化粧側面5に一体に伝達されるように、かつ
弾性変形下においても化粧面2が湾曲せずに角度
がθ2の広がりによつて吸収し、目視上、外観の変
形として映らないようにするためである。また、

意に設定できるものであるが、例えば5〜20mm位
としたものである。特に、係合片6は係合の際の
弾性変形と弾力付与に役立つものであり、かつ係
合片6を化粧側面5の先端より内方に位置するよ

しにくく、その上、係合に常時弾力が付加される
