Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce noise and enhance appearance by furnishing besides illuminating apparatus body, such lighting components as a high frequency lighting device, lamp socket, etc., a single-base fluorescent lamp, and a connecting tool. CONSTITUTION:An illuminating apparatus body 1 is made of a metal sheet, and at its periphery a rising part 11 is formed having a height to allow formation of a gap, through which wiring can be made between the mounting surface and the oversurface. Further the arrangement includes parts for lighting up such as high frequency lighting devices 2, 2' located on the undersurface of the above mentioned apparatus body 1, with wiring terminals exposed to its oversurface, and also a lamp socket 3, etc. This is also equipped with a single-base fluorescent lamp 6 to be fitted in the lamp socket 3 and connecting tools 8, 9 to connect the parts for lighting up to each other on the oversurface of the apparatus body 1 so as to form a lighting circuit. Accordingly illuminating apparatus body 1 made of metal sheet is interposed between the high frequency lighting devices 2, 2' and connecting tools 8, 9. This process eliminates necessity of particular consideration about wiring around, which countermeasure against noise, is possible and also the appearance is enhanced because of being substantially free of electric wires on the undersurface of the illuminating apparatus body 1 when the shade is removed from the illuminating apparatus.

Conventionally, among the lighting equipment using a high-frequency lighting device, a direct-mounted lighting equipment has a high-frequency lighting device 2, a lamp socket 3, etc. on the bottom surface of a thin rectangular tray-shaped lighting device body 1, as shown in Fig. 4. Lighting parts are arranged, and these lighting parts are connected by lead wires 20 to form a lighting circuit on the lower surface of the lighting fixture body 1, so that a plurality of straight tube fluorescent lamps can be lit. It has been known.

Furthermore, in Utility Application No. 63-86326, the applicant of the present application previously proposed a ballast on the lower surface of the thin rectangular tray-shaped lighting equipment main body 1 in a lighting equipment that is directly attached to a straight tube fluorescent lamp, as shown in Fig. 5. The present invention proposes a lighting fixture in which lighting components such as 21 are arranged, and the lighting components are connected to each other to form a lighting circuit by lead wires 20 drawn out from the lighting components to the upper surface of the lighting fixture body l.

However, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 4, because straight tube fluorescent lamps are used, the output wire from the high-frequency lighting device 2 and the power supply power wire may cross or be adjacent to each other within the lead wire 20. There are places where the output wires are parallel to each other, and the high frequency of the output wires can cause noise disturbances in the power supply line and cause problems with other electrical equipment, so it is necessary to take various noise countermeasures such as the method of wiring. There are other problems such as complicating the wiring, impairing assembly workability, and damaging the appearance.
In the conventional example shown in FIG. 5, the lead wire 20 drawn out from the lighting component is wired and connected on the top surface of the lighting fixture body 1, and no particular consideration is given to the workability of connecting the lead wire 20. Since a straight tube fluorescent lamp 22 is used, if a high frequency lighting device is used as a lighting component, there is a problem in noise countermeasures, which impairs workability, as in the prior art example.

The lighting equipment main body l, which is attached to a mounting surface such as a ceiling, has a thin rectangular tray shape with a rising part 11 on the periphery that provides a gap between the mounting surface and the upper surface for wiring, and a high-frequency lighting device 2 on the lower surface. Lighting parts such as a lamp socket 2 and a lamp socket 3 are arranged, and the lower surface is covered by a shade (not shown). This lighting fixture body 1 has a circular power supply hole 12 in the center through which the ceiling cap 4 is inserted, and four mounting screws in which circular holes and circular arc holes are arranged at equal intervals around the power supply hole 12. A hole 13 is drilled, and the head of the mounting screw 5 screwed into the ear of the embedded rose 7 with ears is inserted through the circular hole of the mounting screw 13 and the lighting fixture main body 1 is rotated. After that, by tightening the screws and pushing up the lighting fixture body l onto the mounting surface, so-called simple installation without the need for electrical work is possible.

In this lighting fixture, the above-mentioned f! By taking precautions, the metal plate lighting fixture body l is interposed between the high-frequency lighting device 2, 2" and the connectors 8, 9, so noise countermeasures can be achieved without the need for special consideration in wiring. When the shade of the lighting equipment is removed, there are almost no electric wires on the bottom of the lighting equipment body, which improves the appearance. Also, since this example uses six single-cap fluorescent lamps, it is possible to use a high-frequency lighting device. The connector 9 that connects the 2.2" output to the lamp socket 3 can be separated from the power supply, allowing for even more reliable noise countermeasures.
