Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the customers to easily observe the commodities samples stored in a vending machine by arranging the samples at the front of a background panel provided on a sample display shelf, using different lamps to illuminate the samples and the background panel, and reducing the lightness of the background or turning off the lamp for the panel when the approach of the customer is detected by an approach sensor. CONSTITUTION:An infrared pyroelectric driving sensor 7 serving an approach sensor is provided into a vending machine together with a drive circuit 8.
