Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a single main printer system to handle tape widths by providing a tape feed device which guides a tape member to a position in a vertical run direction and at the same time, feed a tape. CONSTITUTION:The subject printer consists of a tape feed roller 31 with a deformed hole 31-1 which engages with a tape feed transmission gear shaft 25, flanges 33-1, 33-2 which guide the run of a transparent film 28 and a duplicat ed tape 30, and a tape holding roller energized in an arrow (D) direction which is incorporated in a tape cassette. If a motor gear 19 is rotated in an arrow(A) direction, a ribbon winding gear 23 rotates in an arrow(B) direction. In addition, a tape feed transmission gear 24 rotates in an arrow (C) direction. If the tape of feed transmission gear 24 rotates in the arrow(C) direction, a tape feed roller 31 rotates in the arrow(C) direction. が印字装置本体に取り付けられていた。 [発明が解決しようとする課題] しかし、前述の従来技術では、本体に取り付けられたテ
ープ送り手段に適したテープ幅を有するテープを内蔵し
たカセットのみ使用できるもので、複数のテープ幅に対
応できないという問題点を有していた。 本発明はこのような欠点を解決するためになされたもの
であり、複数のリボン幅に適合可能なテーププリンタを
提供するところにある。 [課題を解決するための手段] 上記問題点を解決する為に、本発明は、少なくとも一種
類以上のロール形に巻かれたテープ部材を有しかつ前記
テープ部材の走行の上下方向の位置をガイドすると共に
テープ送りを行うテープ送り手段を有したテープカセッ
トと、印字装置本体に取り付けられ前記テープ送り手段
を駆動させるべく働きを成す軸とから構成されることを

て解除レバ14は矢印ア方向に押されている。従ってヘ
ッド支持体6は矢印ウ方向に回転される。解除カム15
に於いてはヘッド押えばね10の力によって矢印ケ方向
への反力を受けているため、両矢印コ方向への回転が阻
止されている。 以上がプリンタの構造を示す説明である。 つづいて第2図、第3図を用いて本発明のテーププリン
タのテープカセットの構造を説明する。 第2図(a)は本発明のテーププリンタのテープカセッ

歯車24が矢印セ方向に回転するとテープ送りローラ3
1が矢印セ方向へ回転する為、両面テーブ32に接着し
た透明フィルム28は矢印ト方向に送られる。透明フィ
ルム28の走行に伴い、サーマルインクリポン29は矢
印テ方向に送られそこで生じたたるみ分は矢印ス方向に
回転するリボン巻取軸4に回転させられるリボン巻取コ
ア27によって巻取られる。 透明フィルム28の送られる距離に対応して、印字I1
IIIを行うことにより透明フィルム28に印字が行わ
れる。 本テーププリンタは上記の構成である為テープ幅の変更
はテープカセットの外観を同形状にしておき内部の部品
を変更して対応できる。 以上説明したように本発明のテーププリンタはテープ送
りローラ31とテープ押えローラ33をテープカセット
内に備える構造とした為、テープ幅を変更しても常にそ
のテープ幅に適したテープ送り手段を提供することがで
きる。 [5!明の効果〕 以上述べたように本発明によれば、テープ幅を変更して
も常にそのテープ幅に適したテープ送り手段を提供する
ことができる。 従って常に安定したテープ送りが可能となり、一つの印
字装置本体で複数のテープ幅に対応することが可能とな
った。 以上本発明によれば上記のような多大な効果が得られる
