ュータに回線按続され、・この情報センターからの蓄積
データ情報を受信するような構成のものもある.しかし
ながら、この場合,情報センター側主導でセンター情報
の送信が行われる場合が殆どであり、端末装置としての
ファクシミリ装置側でセンター情報の検索を行ったり,
情報センターへ画像情報を伝送したりすることはできな
かつた● (本発明が解決しようとする課題) 本発明は、前記従来の実情に鑑み開発されたものであり
、その目的とするところは、情報センターの蓄積情報を
端末側で任意に検索してファクシミリ装置に送ることが
でき、且つ,ファクシミリ装置側から情報センターに画
像情報を送ることができるファクシミリ制御装置を提供
することにある. 〔本発明の構成〕 (前記課題を解決するための手段) 未発明のファクシミリ制御装置は、ファクシミリ装置と
情報センターに連なる回線との間に接続されるファクシ
ミリ制御装置において、回線選択情報及び前記情報セン
ターに対する呼出情報を出力する情報管理手段と、前記
情報センターに連なる回線をファクシミリ装置、情報管
理手段間で選択的に切換接続する回線切換手段と,前記
情報管理手段からの回線選択情報に基き前記回線切換手
段の切換動作を制御する回線コントローラとを有するも
のである. (作用) 以下に,上記構成に係るファクシミリ制御装置の作用を
説明する. この装置の情報管理手段から回線選択情報及び呼出情報
が回線コントローラに送られると、回線コントローラは
回線選択情報に基き回線切換手段を制御して、回線を情
報管理手段に接続する.これにより、前記呼出情報が回
線を経て情報センターに送られ、情報センターの蓄積情
報が呼出され回線を経て回線切換手段に送られてくる.
この蓄積情報は、回線切換手段の切換動作によりファク
シミリ装置に送られる. 一方,ファクシミリ装置から情報センターへ情報伝送を
行う場合は、情報管理手段から回線選択情報を回線コン
トローラへ送る.これにより、回線コントローラの制御
の基に@線切換手段が動作し、ファクシミリ装置を情報
センターに連なる回線に接続する. (本発明の実施例) 以下,添付図面を参照しつつ本発明の実施例を詳細に説
明する. 第1図は、本実施例のファクシミリ制御装置1の外観構
成を示すものである. このファクシミリ制御装置工は、例えば直方体状に形威

ている. 次に、第2図を参照してファクシミリ制御装置1、ファ
クシミリ装置30及び情報センター31の全体構成につ
いて説明する. 前記ファクシミリ制御装置1は,電話番号情報のような
回線選択情報と情報センター31の蓄積情報を呼出すた
めの文字情報等の呼出情報を出力する情報管理手段3と
,前記ファクシミリ装置30と情報センター31に連な
る回線32との間に配置される回線切換手段34と、前
記情報管理手段3からの回線選択情報に基き回線切換手
段4の切換動作を制御する回線コントローラ35とを具
備している. 前記情報管理手段3は、第3図に示すようにこの装置l
の動作プログラムを格納しているプログラムメモリl1
と,前記動作プログラムに基いてこの装置1全体の制御
を行ラCPUl2と、記憶ffl(RAM)13と.C
PU12にm続サレタ表示コントローラl4と、この表
示コントローラl4にm!された前記表示部4とを有し
ている.更に、情報管理千段3は、電話番号情報のよう
な回線選択情報及び文字情報のような呼出情報を入力す
る前記キーボード3alcPUl 2にvi続すると共
に、CPU12の制御の基に前記呼出情報を回線コント
ローラ35へ送る情報転送部(モデム)15を具備して
いる.この情報転送部15は前記接続コネクタ7Bに接
続されている.また、前記キーボード3aからの回線選
択情報は、CPU12の制御の基に回線コントローラ3
5へ送られるようになっている. 前記回線切換手段34は、第4図に示すように前記回線
コントローラ35から出力される制御信号を基に回線3
2を経て交換機33に接続指令信号を送り情報センター
31とのm&!動作を行う回線接続選択回路16と,こ
の回線接続選択回路l6と前記情報転送部l5との間に
配置した第1のリレー17と、前記回#a接続選択回路
l6と前記ファクシミリ装置30との間に配置した第2
のリレー18とを具備している. この第2のリレー18とファクシミリ装置30との接続
は,前記接続コネクタ7Aを介して行うようになってい
る.また、第1のリレー17.第2のリレー18の回路
のオン、オフ動作は4前記回線接続選択回路l6により
行うようになっている. 次に、上記構威のファクシミリ制御装置lの作用を説明
する.尚、初期状態として第1,第2のリレー17、l

回線切換手段34とは接続されていないものとして以下

aから回線接続情報及び呼出情報を入力すると、回線選
択情報はCPUl2の制御の基に回線コントローラ35
へ送られ、これにより,回線コントローラ35は回線!

の制御信号を送る.回線接続選択回路16は回線32を

積情報を用紙上にプリントアウトして出力する.プリン
トアウトされた蓄積情報は,オペレータの視認に供され
る. 以上説明した動作により、オペレータはファクシミリ装
置30側で、情報センター31の所望の蓄積情報を呼出
すことが可能となる. 次に、オペレータがファクシミリ装置30から情報セン
ター31に対し画像情報を送る場合について説明する. オペレータは前述した場合と同様にキーボード3a#\
ら回線選択情報を入力する.回線選択情報は回線コント
ローラ35に送られ,以降は前述した場合と同様な動作
の基に回線接続選択回路16と情報センター31とが接
続される.また,回線接続選択回路l6は第2のリレー
l8に動作信号を送って第2のリレー18をオンにする
.これにより,回線接続選択回路l6とファクシミリ装
置30とが接続される. この状態で,ファクシミリ装置30を動作させて画像情
報を出力することにより,この画像情報は第2のリレー
18,回線接続選択回路l6、回線32及び交換@33
を経て情報センター31へ送られて行く. 本発明は上述し・た実施例に限定されるものではなく,
その要旨の範囲内で種々の変形が可能なことは勿論であ
る. 本発明の応用の一例としては,前記ファクシミリ制御装
置1を画像スキャナー或いはプリンタ等の各種端末装置
制御用として用いることを挙げることが出来る.また,
前記ファクシミリ制御装置lの第2のリレー18を必要
に応じて制御することにより,不要なファクシミリ受信
を遮断するようにすることも可能である. 〔本発明の効果〕 以上詳述した本発明によれば、情報センターの蓄積情報
をファクシミリ装置側で任意に選択して呼出すことがで
きるとともに,ファクシミリ装置から情報センター側に
