Abstract

PURPOSE:To sufficiently dissolve gaseous carbon dioxide into water without shaking the device by hand by providing a vibrator to the closed vessel of the carbonated water producing device and furnishing a body to be vertically vibrated in resonance with the vibrator in the closed vessel. CONSTITUTION:Drinking soda water is produced by this device. In this case, the body to be vibrated is screwed into the bottom of a lid 2, and the body consists of a support 7 for carrying the vibrator formed with a weight 8 and a spring 9. Meanwhile, a protrusion 71 is provided to the support 7, and inserted into a guide tube 10 set on the bottom of the vessel main body 1 and contg. a spring 11 when the lid 2 is joined to the closed main body 1. Since the vibrator for vibrating the vessel and the body to be vertically vibrated in resonance with the vibrator are provided, gaseous carbon dioxide is sufficiently dissolved into water in a short time.

Conventional carbonated water production equipment uses a method to make carbonated water by blowing a certain amount of carbon dioxide gas from a carbon dioxide gas cylinder into water placed in a sealed container. However, blowing alone does not dissolve carbon dioxide gas enough into the water.
Undissolved gas escapes into the gas section. Therefore, in order to dissolve carbon dioxide sufficiently, either leave it as it is for a long time after blowing in and wait for the undissolved gas that escaped to the gas part to dissolve again in the liquid part, or dissolve it in a short time. If you wanted to increase the amount of carbonated water, you had to shake the carbonated water production device itself by hand to promote the mixing of gas and liquid.

In the above-mentioned conventional device, if carbon dioxide gas was to be sufficiently dissolved in a short period of time, the carbon dioxide gas production device had to be shaken by hand. However, since the carbon dioxide gas production device itself is heavy when filled with water, there is a risk that weak children and women may not be able to shake it sufficiently or may drop it while shaking it.

The gist of the carbonated water production device according to the present invention is as follows:
In a carbonated water production device that produces carbonated water by pouring water into a closed container and blowing carbon dioxide gas into the container, a vibrator is provided in the closed container to vibrate the closed container,
The airtight container is characterized in that a vibrating body is provided inside the sealed container to vibrate in the vertical direction in resonance with the vibrations generated by the vibrator. That is, a vibrating body that vibrates in the vertical direction is provided at the top of a sealable container, and this vibrating body is vibrated from outside the container to cause resonance vibration, and the vibrating body moves back and forth between gas and liquid. By vibrating like this,
Does it cause intense mixing of liquid and gas at the gas-liquid interface, causing carbon dioxide gas to enter the water in a short period of time? It makes them understand.

As a source of carbon dioxide gas, a simple carbon dioxide gas cylinder is sufficient, but it is also possible to use other carbon dioxide gas generators. [Function] With the above configuration, the vibrating body can move up and down at the gas-liquid interface. The vibrating body repeatedly moves in and out of the liquid, and at that time, gas and water mix, increasing the contact area of the gas and liquid, increasing the mass transfer rate, and increasing the dissolution of carbon dioxide. This is promoted at the liquid interface, and the carbon dioxide gas dissolves into the water in a short period of time, similar to when it is shaken by hand.

A guide tube 2I is provided on the top surface of the lid 2 to accommodate a carbon dioxide gas cylinder 4 therein, and a metal carbon dioxide injection pin 51 protrudes from the center of the bottom surface of the guide tube 21. This carbon dioxide gas injection pin 5l connects the carbon dioxide gas pump 4 to the guide tube 2.
When the carbon dioxide gas cylinder holder 3 and M2 are joined together, the surface of the carbon dioxide gas cylinder 4 is pierced and becomes a carbon dioxide gas inlet. At this time, a packing 13 is placed on the carbon dioxide injection bottle 5I to prevent carbon dioxide gas from leaking to the outside. Inside M2, a carbon dioxide gas introduction path 52 is provided in communication with the carbon dioxide gas injection pin 5l, and a carbon dioxide gas introduction pipe 5 is provided in communication with the carbon dioxide gas introduction path 52 toward the inside of the sealed container 1. A carbon dioxide gas outlet 6 is provided at the end of the introduction pipe 5.

The vibrating body C is provided with springs 9 above and below the weight 8 so as to pull the weight 8 in the vertical direction, and the weight 8 and the springs 9 are more powerful than the support member 7 that supports a certain vibrator. This weight 8 is positioned at the top of the closed container l. For this vibrator, a spring with a spring constant suitable for the mass of the weight 8 is selected so that the natural frequency has a value that is an integral multiple of the excitation frequency of the vibrator, which will be described later.

Further, at the lower part of the support member 7, when the lid 2 is joined to the container body 1, a spring 11 is installed inside the bottom of the container body 1.
A protrusion 71 is provided so as to fit within the guide tube 10 in which the guide tube 10 is arranged. At this time, the spring 11 is compressed by the projection 71. The role of the guide tube 10, spring l1, and protrusion 71 is that if the vibrating body C is held in a cantilevered manner, when the vibrator vibrates, it will vibrate in the lateral direction and may break at the joint with the lid 2. , guide tube lO, spring 1

With the above structure, when the motor 15 is moved after water is poured into the sealed container 1 and carbon dioxide gas is blown into it, vibrations are generated due to the movement of the eccentric rotor 16, and these vibrations are transmitted to the sealed container 1 and the vibrating body C. In response to this, the weight 8 resonates in the vertical direction. As a result, since the weight 8 moves back and forth between the liquid part and the gas part, mixing of gas and liquid occurs intensely at that part, promoting the dissolution of carbon dioxide gas, and dissolving carbon dioxide gas in water in a short time. I will do it.

In the carbonated water production apparatus of the present invention, dissolution of carbon dioxide gas is promoted by mechanically causing vigorous mixing of gas and liquid. Therefore, even if you want to make carbonated water with enough carbon dioxide dissolved in it in a short time, there is no need to shake it by hand, and even children and women with weak strength can safely make it.
