合がある。 First, in the carpet of the present invention, the base fabric on which the pile is planted has a structure in which entangled fiber layers made of fragrance-mixed fibers are laminated and integrated on the upper surface of the fabric. Fabrics made of polyolefin tape yarns, split yarns, or synthetic fiber spun yarns can be used, and the entangled fiber layer can be formed by needle punching or fluid jetting against webs made of various synthetic fibers mixed with fragrances. A non-woven layer can be used which has been subjected to an entangling process. This entangled fiber layer is laminated on the upper surface of the fabric, and some of the fibers are entangled and integrated by adhesion, fusing, needle punching, etc., to form the base fabric of the present invention. When a fiber web is laminated onto a fabric as the base fabric and integrated by needle punching or the like, the web layer becomes an entangled fiber layer and is simultaneously integrated with the fabric. The entangled fiber layer preferably has a basis weight of 50 to 200 g/ m2 ; below 50 g/ m2 , the fragrance of the carpet will be weak, while above 300 g/ m2 , the sustainability will improve slightly. However, the aroma may become too strong.

Fibers mixed with such fragrances can be used alone, mixed with other fibers, or laminated.

The fragrance component that volatilizes from the entangled fiber layer is trapped within the pile layer, and some of it is re-adsorbed by the pile, preventing rapid volatilization of the fragrance and significantly improving the persistence of the fragrance.

利点を有している。<Effects> The carpet of the present invention emits an appropriate amount of fragrance and has a long-lasting fragrance.
For example, this is extremely high compared to piles made of similar aromatic fibers. Furthermore, in the carpet of the present invention, since the root part of the pile is supported by the entangled fiber layer as described above, the pile always stands in a favorable condition, and has the advantage of less sagging. .
