制装置の規制を解除する解除操作部材とを、該解
除操作部材がその行動行程において前記開窓操作
部材に係合して作動させるように配置するととも
に、前記ドラムの巻き取り方向の回転に連動して
前記開窓操作部材と前記解除操作部材とを原位置
に復帰させる復帰部材を設けたことを要旨とする
ものであつて、平常時の換気には、開窓操作部材
を操作することにより係止爪が爪車から外れて開
度規制装置により規制される半開状態となり、火
災発生時には、解除操作部材を操作すると第2の
ケーブルが引張られて開度規制装置の開度規制が

状態となり、かつ、第1のケーブルをドラムに巻
き取つて閉窓すると開窓操作部材と解除部材とが
原位置に復帰するから、開閉操作を容易かつ迅速
になし得る効果を奏する。
