記ロツク機構はホルダ本体に摺動可能に取付けら
れたロツクプレートと、前記ホルダ本体に形成さ
れたスプリング部とを有し、前記ロツクプレート
にはヘツドレストステーのロツク溝に係止される
係止部が形成され、前記ロツクプレートの係止部
が前記ホルダ本体に一体に形成されたスプリング
部により通常時ヘツドレストステーのロツク溝に
係止される方向に付勢されていることを特徴とす
