〓Prior Art〓 Conventionally, knitted fabrics made of rubber knitted tissue have been used to impart elasticity to the hem portions of clothing such as sweaters and vests, or to the perforated portions of gloves and socks. Rubber knitted fabric is created by knitting the front and back stitches in appropriate courses, so that the threads passing between the front and back stitches are
Since the wales on the front and back sides are continuous with each other in the thickness direction of the knitted fabric and the knitted fabric is bent, it can be stretched well in the wale direction.

However, due to the structure of the knitted fabric as described above, although the knitted fabric is thick and has extensibility, it is difficult to maintain a tight state. In particular, even when knitted thinly, it was difficult to obtain a tight and tight fabric, that is, a fabric in which the ridges of the rubber knitting were clearly visible.

〓Problem to be solved by the invention〓 In view of the above points, the present invention has been developed to provide a tight and elastic fabric, even if it is a thinly finished knitted fabric.
That is, the object is to obtain a knitted fabric in which the ridges of the rubber knitting are clearly visible.

〓Means for Solving the Problem〓 In the first invention, a rubber knitted structure made of base threads, in which an appropriate number of front stitch wales and an appropriate number of back stitch wales are alternately arranged, is provided with a front stitch. An appropriate number of courses were provided by tucking heat-shrinkable yarn across the loops of the stitches and the loops of the back stitches.

In the second invention, following the first course in which front stitches and back stitches are alternately present with an appropriate number of wales made of ground yarn forming the edge of the knitted fabric, only the back stitches are formed using heat-shrinkable yarn. An appropriate number of shrinkage courses are provided, and the next course is a rib knitted structure of ground yarn in which the wales of the front stitch and the wales of the back stitch are arranged alternately, and the loops of the front stitch and the loops of the back stitch are formed. An appropriate number of courses were provided by tucking heat-shrinkable threads.

〓Operation〓 In the first invention, the tack yarn made of heat-shrinkable yarn fed between the wale loops constituting the front stitch and the wale loop constituting the back stitch heat-treats the knitted fabric. When this is done, the loops of the front and back stitches are strongly taut, but since the base yarn is not contracted, the base yarn is swollen and the ridges of the rubber knitting appear prominently.

In the second invention, similar to the first invention, the ridges of the rubber knitting are clearly visible due to the shrinkage of the tuck yarn, and the courses made of heat-shrinkable fibers tighten the edges of the knitted fabric. When this knitted fabric is used for hems, openings, wrists, etc., it retains its shape.

As is clear from the organization chart in Figure 2, knitting starts on the front bed F side, and when the knitting on the front bed F side is completed, knitting starts on the bag bed B side, and this is done counterclockwise in the example in Figure 2. The knitted fabric is knitted into a cylindrical shape by circulating in the direction of the needles. In the organization chart shown in FIG. 2, first, the drawn thread 10 of course 1
1 is fed. The pulling yarn 101 is a yarn that is knitted at the boundary with one unit of knitted fabric (not shown) that has already been knitted, and is used to pull out the yarn after knitting and separate the knitted fabric into units. It is knitted with a plain knit structure compared to a knitted fabric. The thread 101 of course 1 is the third
As shown in Figure 1, yarn is fed to every other needle A, C, ...W of the front bed F, and when the knitting by the needles of the front bed F is completed, the course is changed in the reversal movement of the carriage (not shown). 2 formations are performed. Course 2 is knitted by back bed B using every other needle X, V, . When knitting the drawn thread 101, the needles on the needle bed that are not used are lowered to the rest position and are on standby.

Remove threads 101 for each of the front and rear beds F and B.
Once the is knitted into a circular shape, the next step is to knit course 4 using the base yarn 102, but since the texture of the knitted fabric using the base yarn 102 is a rubber knit, the front and back beds must be used. To do this, every other loop that was hanging on the needles of front bed F during knitting of course 1 must be transferred to back bed B. That is, as shown in Figure 3-3, move the loops of needles C, G, ...W of front bed F to needles C, G, ...W of back bed B, and then move the loops of needles C, G, ...W of front bed F to needles A, E, ...U of front bed F. The needle and the C of the back bed B,
Knit a rubber knit using needles G, ...W (3rd
-4 figure). The knitted fabric thus formed becomes the front knitted fabric of the hem elastic 100 knitted into a cylindrical shape. The front knitted fabric and the back knitted fabric are knitted alternately to form one garment.

Subsequently, the knitted fabric of the second knitted fabric is knitted. The first course is course 6, so that the thread 101 of course 2 is followed by the ground thread 10 as in the case of course 4.
Since course 2 must be knitted with a rubber knitting structure, the inner needles of backbed B, which knitted course 2,

<Effects of the Invention> In the first aspect of the present invention, a rubber knitted structure made of ground yarn is provided with a rubber knitted structure made of ground yarn, in which an appropriate number of front stitch wales and an appropriate number of back stitch wales are alternately arranged. Because an appropriate number of courses made of heat-shrinkable yarn are provided between the loops of the stitches and the loops of the back stitches, the heat spread between the wales that make up the front stitches and the wales that make up the back stitches. The tactile yarn made of shrinkable yarn strongly tensions the base yarns forming the front and back stitches, making the ridges of the rubber knitting noticeable, creating a tight knit with high stretchability. You can get land.

In the second invention, following the first course in which front stitches and back stitches are alternately present with an appropriate number of wales made of ground yarn forming the edge of the knitted fabric, only the back stitches are formed using heat-shrinkable yarn. An appropriate number of shrinkage courses are provided, and the next course 1 is a rib knitted structure of ground yarn in which wales of the front stitch and wales of the back stitch are arranged alternately, and loops of the front stitch and loops of the back stitch are formed. By providing an appropriate number of courses made by tucking heat-shrinkable yarn across the knitted fabric, a type of double-knitted structure consisting of front stitches and back stitches is formed at the edge of the knitted fabric, and the heat-shrinkable fibers in this area are The yarn course tightens the edges of the knitted fabric, and when this knitted fabric is used for the hem of clothing, the wrist part of sleeves, the ankle part of legs, the wrist part of gloves, etc., it is effective for tightening those parts. be.
