荷へ接続されるオーバラップ状態を作ることができる電

位置にある一方のラッチレバーの先端に当接してその傾
斜状態を維持し、この一方のラッチレバーの先端が上昇
位置に来るまで他方のラッチレバーに当接してその上昇
位置を保持するカム面を有することを特徴とするオーバ
