〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、導電性を有する粘着ゲルを備えて人体に貼り
付け可能な低周波治療用導子を、収納保管する保管具に
関する.
〔従来の技術〕
導電性を有する粘着ゲルを備えた低周波治療器用導子は
、人体に貼り付け可能で、使い勝手が非常に良いため、
一般に広く使用されている.従来、係る導子を使用しな
い時↓よ、板材からなる保管具に貼り付けて保管してい
た.しかし、板材に貼り付けた導子は、粘着ゲルが板材
にべったりと粘着してしまい、剥がすのが困難なことが
あった.
そこで、第9図及び第lO図に示すような保管具68が
提供されている.これは、導子1を載せる載置面60を
、円形の板材9の上面に形威し、仮材9の中央部に、粘
着ゲル3を貼り付ける凸状の貼付部62を形成し、板材
9の周囲を外壁9aで囲って構戒されている.貼付部6
2は、導子lの粘着ゲル3の粘着面3aより小さく形成
されており、粘着ゲル3を貼付部62に貼り付けた時、
粘着ゲル3の粘着面3aの周縁部は、貼付部62からは
み出している.この貼付部62からはみ出した粘着ゲル
3の周縁部を、指で摘んで剥がせば、粘着ゲル3を貼付

ところが、係る従来の保管臭は、導子lを保管中に、貼
付部62からはみ出した粘着ゲル3の粘着面3aのの周
縁部が、空気にさらされているため、この周縁部が乾燥
して粘着力が低下し、導子1を人体に貼り付けた時に、
粘着ゲル3の131縁部から#1がれ易いという問題が
あった.
本発明は、かかる事由に鑑みてなしたもので、その目的
とするところは、粘着ゲルを備えた導子の取り外しが容
易で、且つ保管中に粘着ゲルが乾燥して粘着力が低下す
るということがない低周波治療器用導子の保管臭を提供
することにある.(R題を解決するための手段〕
かかるtJA題を解決するために、本発明の低周波治療
器用導子の保管具は、導子を載セる載置面に、閉じた側
面を有する仕切リブを設け、
該仕切リブの上面及び内側にて、粘着ゲルを貼り付ける
貼付部を形威したことを特徴とする.〔作 用〕
導子を、保管具の!!置面に載せると、粘着ゲルは仕切
りプの上面及び内側にて形成された貼付部に貼り付けら
れ、粘着ゲルの粘着面は、仕切リブの上面に貼り付くと
ともに、仕切リブにて囲まれてなる空間部の上部を被い
、粘着ゲルの粘着面が仕切リブにて外気から遮断される
.そのため、粘着ゲルの粘着面が乾燥して粘着力が低下
するといったことがない.しかも、粘着ゲルの粘着面は
、仕切リブの上面のみに貼り付いているため、粘着ゲル
の粘着面と貼付部との接着面積は、粘着面全体の面積に
比べて相当に小さく、粘着ゲルを貼付部から容易に剥が
すことができる.
〔実施例〕
以下、本発明の一実施例を第1図.乃至第3図に基づい
て説明する.
導子1は、第3図に示すように導電ゴム2と、導電ゴム
2の下面に粘着固定された粘着ゲル3と、導電ゴム2の
上面及び側面を被う絶縁ゴム4とから戒っている.金属
製の接続端子5が、導電ゴム2の側面に埋め込まれ、図
示しない低周波治療器本体に接続されたコード6が、接
続端子5に半田付け等によって接続されている.7は、
接続端子5とコード6との接続部を被うコードブッシン
グである.
上記の導子1を収納保管する保管具8は、円形の導子1
より大きい円形の仮材9から戒っている.板材9は合戒
樹脂で形威されており、環状の外壁9aが周縁部に一体
形威されている.外壁9aには、少なくとも一箇所に切
欠部9bが形成されている.外壁9aに囲まれた板材9
の上面は、導子1を載せる載置面10を形威しており、
閉じた側面を有する円環状の仕切リブ11が、載置面1
0に一体形威されている.仕切リブ11は、載置面lO
の中心から外周にかけて、同心円状に複数形威されてい
る.これら複数の仕切りプ11のうち最外周の仕切リブ
llaは、その外径が、粘着ゲル3の粘着面3aの外径
と略等しいか、またはそれ以上の大きさに形成されてい
る.この最外周の仕切リブIlaに囲まれた領域内で、
仕切リブ11の上面及び内側で、粘着ゲル3を貼り付け
る貼付部12が形威されている.尚、各仕切リブl1は
、断面が台形状に形威されている.以上のように構成さ
れた保管具8に、導子lを収納保管する時は、導子1の
側面から突出しているコードブッシング7を、外壁9a
に形威した切欠部9bに通すとともに、導子Iを載置面
IOに載せて、粘着ゲル3の粘着面3aを、仕切リブ1
1の上面及び内側に形成された貼付部12に貼り付ける
.最外周の仕切リブllaの外径が、粘着ゲル3の粘着
面3aの外径と略等しいか、またはそれ以上の大きさに
形成されているため、粘着ゲル3は、貼付部12内に略

グ18を、リール25のプラグ収納溝25aに嵌め込ん
でおいてから、導子1を一対の外壁9aに囲まれた叔置
面10に載せて、粘着ゲル3の粘着面3aを、仕切リブ
11の上面及び内側に形威された貼付部l2に貼り付け
る.次に、コード6を、コード挿通孔22aから第二の
ケース半体22の外部に出しておく.それから、第一の
ケース半体21を第二のケース半体22に閉じて、リー
ルM23の表面の指掛け部に指を掛けて回転させると、
コード挿通孔22aから外部に出ていたコード6が、リ

る.閉塞リブ3lbは、仕切リブ31の側面間の少なく
とも一カ所以上に設けられている.仕切リブ31は、そ
の最外周部が、粘着ゲル3の粘着而3aの外径と略等し
いか、またはそれ以上の大きさに形成されており、仕切
リブ31の上面が導子lの粘着ゲル3の貼付部32を横
戒している.以上のように構成された保管具8に、導子
lを収納保管する時は、導子lの粘着ゲル3を貼付部1
2に貼り付ける.すると、粘着ゲル3の粘着面3aは、
仕切リブ3l及び閉塞リブ3tb <囲まれてなる側面
が閉じた空間部33の上部を被い、よって粘着面3aは
外気から遮断される.
第7図は、別の実施例の保管臭を示すものである.仕切
リブ4lは、縦横に複数の仕切が直交して格子状に形威
されており、縦横の仕切に囲まれてなる空間部43が多
数形威されている.また、仕切リブ4lは、その外径が
板材9の周縁部に形威された外壁9aの内径と略等しい
円板状に形戒されて、外壁9aの内側にある導子lの載
置面上に配置されている。粘着ゲル3を貼り付ける貼付
部42は、一体に形成された縦横の仕切の上面で形戒さ
れている.尚、仕切りリブ41は、本実施例のように部
材9と別部材で構戒して、載置面上に配置する他に、板
材9に一体戒形してもよい.
粘着ゲル3を、貼付部42に貼り付けると、粘着ゲル3
の粘着面3aは、仕切りプ4■の複数の空間部43の上
部を被う.各空間部43は、縦横の仕切に囲まれて側面

着面3aに被われる.空間部53は、その側面が閉じた
側面を有する仕切リブ5lにて閉じられているため、空
間部53の上部を被った粘着面3aは、外気から遮断さ
れる。粘着面3aは、その外周縁が仕切リブ51の上面
に、内側が複数の突起54に貼り付いているため、粘着
面3aと貼付部52との接着面積は、粘着面3a全体の
面積に比べて相当少なくなっている.尚、複数の突起5
4に代えて、板材9の上面にシポ加工を施してもよい.
以上、各実施例の保管具は、円形状の導子を収納保管す
るものであるが、楕円や四角等任意の形状の導子に合わ
せて、仕切リブを変形形威した保管臭を構威することは
容易に可能である.〔発明の効果〕
本発明の低周波治療器用導子の保管具は、上記のように
構戒したから、貼付部に貼り付けられた粘着ゲルの粘着
面は、閉じた側面を有する仕切リブに囲まれてなる空間
部の上部を被い、粘着面は仕切リブにて外気から遮断さ
れるため、粘着面が乾燥して粘着力が低下することがな
い.しかも、粘着ゲルの粘着面と貼付部との接着面積は
、粘着面全体の面積に比べ相当少なくなるため、粘着ゲ
ルを貼付部から容易に剥がすことができるという効果を
