【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は動物の輸血法に関する.
〔従来の技術〕
血液バッグは動物専用のものがないため,人川の200
ml用を用い,また,輸血量が小さい場合はそれに通し
た小容量の血液バッグがないため江創器を用いらざるを
得す,小容量の血液の保存は不可能であり効率的な輸血
の実施においてかなりの制約を受けていた.また,拍血
用血液の確保は従来.輪直実施者自身が供血用の動物を
飼育し,必要に応じてその動物から採血し輸血に供する
形態で.もっぱら自家製の全血液製剤のみであり,コン
スタントに輸血用血液を供給するシステムはなかった.
なお,臨床領域では赤血球型を検出する技術もなかった
ため,血液型は未検出のま−j.瓜液の適合性は考慮さ
れることなく,あるいは考慮したくとも出来ない状況で
輸血は行われていた.このような環境の中で動物の輸血
は血液型を考JEせずとも良いという間違った概念さえ
定着した感がある.これは輸血療法の未発達という悪循
環を繰り返している.輸血を行う技術やその有効性につ
いては知りながらもそれを実行しがたいTi 13であ
ったことが輪m療法未発達の原因と言っても過言ではな
い.動物上II用の輸血システムや血液製剤はPl無で
あり.効率良く簡便に輸血できるシステムは過去にはな
かった.
〔発明が解決しようとする!1!題〕
以上述べた従来技術は動物専用ではなく,また,多種類
の血液製剤の備落と供給もないため,輸血を必要とする
動物に対して簡便に輸血出来ない欠点があった.
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
上記のllIla点を解決するための多目的血液バッグ
の具体的な構威は第l図に示すように.採血ヂューブ1
.コッフェル2,静脈針のプロテクター3,静脈針4,
血液取出口5.ゴム栓6,注114 is7,輸血セッ
ト取付口8.輸血セット9から成り,また,動物用の輸
血用血液製剤は第1表のように全血液を含め赤血球製剤
.白血球′M剤,血小板製剤,血漿,凛結乾燥プラズマ

て点滴輸血を行うこともできる.また,この新しいルー
トを用いて,血液や輸液製剤.保存液の注入を行うこと
も可能である.なお.この多目的血液バッグは大小の動
