Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a simple application method requiring no double-nuts for preventing loosening, by interposing a fixture between a bolt and a deformed part defined in a high nut after the high nut is screwed for height-adjustment in an erected bolt on a foundation surface. CONSTITUTION:A bolt 2 fitted on an installing plate 1 freely rotatably is erected on a foundation surface 25. Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業状の利用分野) 本発明は、OAfi器対応のフリーアクセス床を支持す
るための床支持金具の改良に関する.(従来の技術とそ
の問題点) 最近のインテリジェントビルはOA機器対応のため、床
支持金具(B)上にフリーアクセス床パネル(24゜)
を敷設して行くフリーアクセス床が多く用いられている
. さて、このフリーアクセス床は、基礎面(25’ )で
あるコンクリートスラブからの高さがまちまちであるた
めに、第8図のようなボルト(2゛)と市販の総ねじの
高ナッl−(8’)で横或されるフリーアクセス床用の
床支持金具(B)でアジャストするように設計されてい
た. しかしながら,この場合フリーアクセス床の高さをアジ
ャストした後、高ナット(6′)と固定ナット(26゜
)にてダブルナット固定をするようになっていたがダブ
ルナット固定は手間が係るだけでなく、ナット掛けの時
にせっかくアジャストした高さが狂ったり床支持金具(
B)の位置がずれるというような欠点があった.その他
、床の高さが低い場合にはナット掛けのためのスペース
が少なく作業がやりにくいというような問題もあった.
そこで、ダブルナット掛けを省略しておくと、振動でボ
ルト《2゜)が少しづつ回転して高ナット(6′)が沈
み、フリーアクセス床に不陸が発生するという問題点が
あった.そこで、ただボルト(2゜)を回すだけでアジ
ャスト作業の完了する床支持金具(B)の提案が望まれ
ていた. (発明の目的) 本発明はかかる従来例の欠点に鑑みて為されたもので、
その目的とする処は、ボルトを回すだけ高ナットとボル
トの固定が出来、作業性が向上するのみならず、使用中
にネジ部分の緩みによるフリーアクセス床の不陸が発生
するというような事もない床支持金具を提供するにある

実施例である.床支持金具(^)はコ〉′クリートスラ
ブなどの基礎面(25)上に立設されるものである.載
置板(1)は単なる矩形板状のもので、中央に小半球状
の取付部(27)があり、中央孔(28)にボルト(2
)の下端が脱落しないが回転自在となるように取着され
ており、載置板(1)に対してほぼ垂直に立設されてい
る.ボルト(2)の先端は、中心線(L)に対してほぼ

施例では樹脂などの弾性材で、伸縮可能となっている.
係止部材(3)はボルト(2)の両外周面にその先端が

セス床パネル(24)を敷設していく,このように敷設
されたフリーアクセス床(24)上を歩行するなどして
フリーアクセス床(24〉に振動が発生したとしても前
述のように縦講(9〉に係止部材(3〉が係合している
ために床支持金具(^)に}Jみが発生して床の沈下が
生ずるというような事がない.次に,本発明の第2実施
例を第2図に従って説明する.第2121(aHb)は
係止部材(3)として板状のものを使用する場合でボル
ト(2)に軸方向の縦71I(9)を穿設し、アジャス
トした後、この回転止め渭(4)に板状の係止部材(3
)を嵌め込むと共に大径穴部(8)の内周の縦溝(9)
にその先端を嵌め込んでボルト(2)の回転を係止させ
るものである.第3図(a)(b)は本発明の第3実施
例で、この場合はキャップ(12)を使用する事になる

従来例のようにダブルナット掛けする必要がなく、ボル
トを回転するでけで高ナットとボルトの高さ調節後の固
定が出来、作業性が向上するのみならず、使用中にネジ
部分の緩みによるフリーアクセス床の不陸が発生すると
いうような事もないという利点がある. 請求項(2〉においては、異形穴部乃至異形突起部を有
するキャップをボルl・の先端に被嵌すると共に高ナッ
トの大径穴部に挿入してキャップの係合陵部をmlに係
合するものであるので、請求項(1)と同様、ボルトの
回転だけで高ナットとボルトの高さ調節後の固定が出来
、作業性の向上を計る事が出来ると同時に使用中にネジ
部分の緩みによるフリーアクセス床の不陸も発生しない
.更にこれに加えてキャップによる保持であるので5ネ
ジが上下2点で支持される事になって、総ねじの場合と
同様ボルトと高ナツ1〜との螺着が安定する.請求項(
3)にあっては、同様にキャップを使用しての固定であ
るから、請求項(2)と同様の効果を奏する. 請求項(4)においては、回転止め栓を前記高ナットの
大径穴部に挿入してキャップの係合陵部を縦溝に係合し
てあるので、上から回転止め栓を挿入するだけで回転止
め栓を介して高ナットとボルトとを固定する事ができる
ものであり、上記実施例と同様ボルト調整が非常に簡便
になるという利点がある. 請求項(5)にあっては、ボルトの頂部に取着した回転
止めクリップを前記ボルトの周囲にて支持板に穿設した
クリップ孔に係止するのであるから、外部側からの操作
