In order to prevent the above-mentioned dangers, several proposals have been made in the past. For example, in the 1970s
This is the idea described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5209 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-34572, etc. In the former, a long main body of synthetic resin fabric is folded repeatedly at intervals in the longitudinal direction, and the overlapping part is The latter is made by spot welding to form an appropriate number of welded parts, and the latter is a steel foil tape whose entire surface is covered with a synthetic resin coating and symbols such as letters are displayed on the surface. In addition, the 1970s
Publication No. 28511 discloses an idea for a marker for buried objects in which a metal body is provided on a base having a marker, but in the marker of this idea, the marker is formed by printing etc. on the surface of the base. A metal body is spread out on the back side of a base body, and protectors such as low-density polyethylene films are laminated on both the front and back sides of the base body.

Therefore, both the first and second signs are used by being installed underground above underground objects, but the former cannot be detected from above ground; The latter can be detected from the ground using a magnetic detector, but even if the steel foil tape is made thin,
Because it has to be more than 10μ thick, the weight of the product increases, and the synthetic resin coating is damaged for some reason, causing corrosion of the steel foil tape and poor conductivity, making it difficult to detect with a magnetic detector. Or it may become impossible. Furthermore, in the case of the third conventional sign, the metal object is detected with a metal detector, but since the metal object is on the back side of the base, it cannot be detected during excavation work for gas pipes or water pipes. If this marker is excavated by being lifted high from the bottom side of the marker using a bucket of a power shovel, etc., the laminate layer formed as a protector for the metal body is likely to be damaged, and the metal body may corrode after being buried again. There was a problem with being exposed.

In addition, since the metal body is only brought into contact with the base body when the protective body is laminated to the base body, the metal body and the base body are only in close contact with each other.
For this reason, misalignment with the base material is likely to occur, and when used by forming repeated folds in the longitudinal direction,
It was unsuitable for use as described in Publication No. 5209.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned difficulties of the conventional technology.
It can be buried underground above underground power lines, gas pipes, water pipes, communication lines, etc., and the location of the power lines, etc. can be detected from the ground using a metal detector, and it is also lighter than the steel foil tape. It was created with the aim of providing a sign that has good electrical conductivity and is free from corrosion, and consists of a protective base material made of a long belt-shaped synthetic resin woven fabric, etc. An aluminum foil coated with an anti-corrosion coating is pasted or laminated and fixed with an appropriate width left on both sides in the width direction, and a mark is displayed on the top surface of the aluminum foil on the top surface of the base material to which the aluminum foil is pasted or fixed. A protective sheet made of a transparent synthetic resin film or the like, on which appropriate characters, etc., can be visually recognized is laminated and fixed to form a sign main body, and repeated folds are formed in the longitudinal direction on this main body, and folds are formed in the width direction of the base material. It is characterized by partially welding the overlapping parts on both sides.

Since the invented sign has aluminum foil pasted on the top surface of the protective base material, the aluminum foil will not be damaged even if it is lifted from below with the bucket of a power shovel, etc. , the entire surface is coated with anti-corrosion material, and a protective sheet such as a synthetic resin film is laminated and fixed on the top surface of the protective substrate so as to cover the aluminum foil. This means that corrosion prevention measures have been taken.

The underground buried object sign body A of the present invention constructed as described above is constructed by forming repeated folds in the longitudinal direction and spot welding the overlapping portions of the cloth surfaces 1a on both sides of the base material 1 in the width direction. A buried object mark is formed, and this invented sign is buried above and along the buried object M buried in the ground G, and when the buried object M is to be repaired or when the buried object M is to be repaired. When new piping work is to be carried out nearby, by detecting the location of the folded sign from the ground surface using the metal detector T, in other words, the location of the buried object M is detected through the sign. From, metal detector T
It is also possible to clearly know the location of underground objects such as synthetic resin pipes that cannot be detected. Therefore, when carrying out the above-mentioned repair work or piping work, if the location of the buried object M is detected using the sign of the present invention and the metal detector T, and then excavation work from the ground surface is performed carefully, the buried object M can be prevented from being damaged. There is almost no possibility that this will happen.

Therefore, the sign of the present invention uses the aluminum foil 2.
The width of the base fabric 1 was made narrower than that of the base fabric 1, and its entire surface was covered with anticorrosive material 3 such as wax and adhered to the base fabric 1, and the base fabric 1 was further covered with a protective sheet 4 over its entire width. Therefore, the aluminum foil 2 is strongly protected, and even if it is buried underground for a long period of time, there is no fear that it will be corroded by moisture, acids, alkalis, etc. in the ground. That is, if the aluminum foil 2 is simply coated with a synthetic resin film, if the film is damaged for some reason, underground moisture, acids, alkalis, etc. will enter the surface of the aluminum foil 2 and corrode it. If a polyolefin film is used to form the synthetic resin film,
Since the film has water absorption, although slightly, there is a risk similar to that mentioned above.Furthermore, if the aluminum foil 2 is made to have the same width as the protective base material 1, the above-mentioned water, etc. may leak from the boundary between them. There is a risk that the aluminum foil 2 may be corroded by entering the interior.

In addition, aluminum foil was used as the detectable metal in the sign of the present invention because not only is aluminum lightweight and has good rolling properties and can be rolled thinner than steel foil, but it also has an electrical conductivity that is approximately four times that of iron. This is because its corrosion resistance is also significantly better than that of iron.

Note that characters such as "There is a water pipe below" and "Be careful of gas pipes" are displayed on the top side of the aluminum foil 2, but these may be printed directly on the top surface of the aluminum foil 2, or Alternatively, the back side of the protective sheet 4 may be printed or the like to be brought into contact with the top side of the aluminum foil 2.

Since the invented sign is as described above, if it is laid in the ground above the underground object along the buried object, the buried position of the buried object can be known from the ground surface with a metal detector. Therefore, during excavation work for repairing buried objects, etc., the worker will first find the sign of the present invention, and this will serve as a warning to the worker, allowing him or her to proceed with the work safely. In addition, the overall structure is simple and corrosion resistance is good, so
Suitable as a marker for underground objects.

The sign of the present invention, like the sign of Utility Model Publication No. 50-5209 mentioned above, has repeated folds in the longitudinal direction, and the overlapping parts of the cloth surfaces 1a on both sides of the protective base material 1 are spot-welded to form an appropriate shape. Although several welded parts are formed, such folding is possible because the aluminum foil 2 is directly attached or laminated and fixed to the protective base material 1 and is tightly integrated. In addition, since the sign of the present invention displays appropriate characters etc. on the upper surface side of the aluminum foil 2, the protective sheet 4 is
It is a simple structure in which the aluminum foil 2 is placed between the two layers of the protective base material 1 and the protective sheet 4, and it is easy and inexpensive to manufacture.
