DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a dew protection device for a freezing/refrigerating show case, and more particularly to a dew protection device in which exhaust heat from, for example, a refrigerant condenser in a machine room can be used as a heat source for the dew protection device.

以下に本考案の実施例を説明する。 Examples of the present invention will be described below.

A cooler is built in a heat insulating box with an open front, and the front opening can be opened and closed with a glass door 4 made of multi-layered glass to provide a display function for the products inside. The machine room 3 is divided into upper and lower stages, with a refrigerant condenser 5, a condenser cooling motor fan 6, etc. disposed in the lower stage, and a refrigerant compressor 7, etc. arranged in the upper stage.

A duct 8 communicating with the machine room 3 is provided at the upper front of the cooling room 2 so as not to obstruct the opening and closing of the glass door 4. An exhaust motor fan 9 is disposed at the connection between the duct 8 and the machine room 3.
Further, a blowing portion is provided on the lower side of the duct 8. Outside air sucked in from outside the machine room 3 by the motor fan 6 undergoes heat exchange when passing through the condenser 5 and becomes warm air. This hot air passes from the lower stage of the machine room to the upper stage, cools the compressor 7, and is discharged to the outside of the machine room from, for example, a side wall of the machine room. Further, the motor fan 9 sucks in warm air from inside the machine room, guides it to the duct 8, and blows it out from the blowing section. This blowing part is formed so as to blow out the warm air from the duct 8 along the surface of the glass door 4, thereby preventing dew from forming on the surface of the glass door 4.

This blow-out section is formed by providing a plurality of blow-off holes 81 at intervals in the length direction of the lower edge of the duct 8, and in particular, the distance between the blow-off holes becomes larger as the end of the duct 8 approaches. It is characterized by what it did.

For example, if the intervals between the blow-off holes 81 are equal, the end of the duct 8 is closed, so the static air pressure is higher than that at the start, and therefore the amount of warm air blown increases as it approaches the end of the duct 8. Over time, the dew-proofing effect becomes unbalanced. On the other hand, by doing as in this embodiment, the amount of air blown can be made uniform in the length direction of the duct 8, thereby making it possible to make the dew-proofing effect on the glass door surface uniform.

In this embodiment, not only is the distance between the blow-off holes 81 provided in the blow-off section increased as the end of the duct 8 approaches, but also the edges of the blow-off holes 81 within the duct, especially near the end of the duct 8, are A deflection plate 82 is provided at each edge perpendicular to the hot air.

With this configuration, the hot air sent from the motor fan 9 is bent by the deflection plate 82, and the hot air can be blown out from each blow-off hole 81 directly below. This allows hot air to be blown out uniformly over the entire glass door surface. Note that the deflecting plate 82 can be realized with an inexpensive and simple structure by forming the blowing hole 81 by cutting and raising it.

In this embodiment, the air outlet 8 provided in the air outlet
1 are made equal in pitch, and the height of the deflecting plate 82 provided at the edge of each blow-off hole 81 is made lower as the end of the duct 8 is approached. With this configuration as well, it is possible to equalize the amount of air blown over the entire glass door surface.

As other examples, for example, the duct 8 may be provided at the lower part of the front opening of the cooling chamber 2 to blow out hot air from the bottom to the top, or the intervals between the blow-off holes 81 may be the same, and the size of the blow-off holes 81 may be set to the same size as the duct. The same effect as in the above embodiment can be obtained even if it is made smaller as it approaches the end of 8. Further, if a sufficient amount of air is obtained by the motor fan 6, the motor fan 9 is not necessary.

As explained above, according to the present invention, hot air obtained by utilizing exhaust heat from the machine room can be uniformly blown out over the entire glass door surface where dew tends to form. It is possible to provide a dew-proof device that has good dew-proof function over the entire area, can always maintain a glass door surface in a good state where the inside can be seen through, and also greatly contributes to energy saving.
