For example, an indirect water heater with a liquid-liquid heat exchanger for hot water supply in the heating circuit, and a two-can two-circuit water heater with separate air-liquid heat exchangers for heating and hot water, respectively. , and as shown in FIG.
There is a one-can, two-circuit water heater that is provided with an endothermic pipe B for reheating and an endothermic pipe C for hot water supply that share the same heat source D, such as a gas burner. However, with the above-mentioned indirect water heater, there is a restriction in usage that the hot water supply circuit cannot be used unless the heating circuit is heated. In the two-can two-circuit water heater, each heat exchanger is independent, In general, a large number of heat-absorbing fins are arranged in parallel, each having a through-hole for the heat-absorbing pipe and a through-hole in the brazing material, which are previously drilled through the through-hole, and then the heat-absorbing fin is expanded by passing the heat-absorbing pipe through the through-hole. Each heat exchanger is fixed to the heat absorbing fins, and finally, the tubes are brazed in a furnace with a brazing material passed through the through holes to fix the heat absorbing tubes to the heat absorbing fins. There is a problem in that the product price is high because it is manufactured using a process that requires On the other hand, in the one-can two-circuit water heater shown in Fig. 1, a through hole for the heat absorbing pipe B for reheating is drilled below the heat absorbing fin A, and a through hole for the heat absorbing pipe C for hot water supply is drilled above the heat absorbing fin A. The heat exchanger can be manufactured in a series of steps, which can contribute to reducing the product price, since the heat exchanger is expanded and then brazed by passing the respective heat absorbing tubes through both through holes. 1
In a two-circuit can water heater, when used alone, the heat absorbed by the other heat absorption pipe causes symmetrical problems such as after-boiling and pressure increase in the water heater, which causes costs and problems in terms of product price, and when used simultaneously. There are also restrictions on usage such as lack of ability.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a dual-purpose water heater for reheating and hot water supply, in which a heat exchanger 1 according to the present invention is provided in the upper part and a heat source device 2 is provided in the lower part. The heat exchanger 1 has a heat absorbing section attached to a large number of heat absorbing fins through heat absorbing tubes, and the heat absorbing fins 3 are used in common.
A heat absorption pipe 4 for hot water supply is passed through and fixed to one side of the heat absorption fin 3 in a direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the combustion gas, and a heat absorption pipe 5 for reheating is fixed to the other side. A heating part B for reheating is separately formed on the other side of the heating part A. A body plate 6 surrounds the heat absorbing fins 3. Next, Figure 3 shows the AA of Figure 2.
This is a line cross-sectional view, and will be explained based on FIG. Gas burners 8A and 8B are arranged opposite the heating section A for heating and the heating section B for reheating.
Reference numeral 9 indicates an intake port provided on the bottom plate of the combustion tube 7, and 10 indicates a porous rectifier plate provided between the bottom plate and the gas burner.

A slit 11 is provided in the heat absorbing fin 3 at the boundary between the hot water supply heating part A and the reheating heating part B, extending from a position slightly below the upper end to the lower end. At both ends of this slit 11, shielding plates 12 are installed in the longitudinal direction to close the gap between the adjacent heat absorbing fins 3, and in the combustion tube 7 there is a pair of shielding plates 12 connected to the lower ends of the pair of shielding plates 12. Partition plate 1
3 is attached on the rectifier plate 10, and the partition plate 1
3 and the combustion tube 7, a gas burner 8 is installed inside the combustion tube 7.
Combustion chambers 14A and 14B of A and 8B are formed so as to be partitioned from each other.

In the above configuration, the gas burner 8B is used for reheating, and the gas burner 8A is used for hot water supply.
If both reheating and hot water supply are to be performed, the gas burners 8A and 8B may be burned at the same time. When the above-mentioned reheating or hot water supply is used alone, the conventional system shown in FIG. Since a slit 11 is provided at the boundary between part A and heating part B for reheating, extending from the upper end of the fin to the lower end, the slit 11 allows heat to be transferred to the unused side through the heat absorbing fin 3 when used alone. Therefore, the amount of heat absorbed on the unused side becomes extremely small, and, for example, in a water heater such as the one of this embodiment, there is no need to take measures against boiling after hot water supply or abnormal pressure rise.

In addition, in this embodiment, shielding plates 12 are provided at both ends of the slit 11 to shield the gap between the adjacent heat absorbing fins 3, thereby blocking the flow of combustion gas to the unused side when used alone. According to this configuration, the thermal influence on the unused side can be further reduced. The shielding plate 12 may also be made by bending a piece left after forming the slit 11 of the heat absorbing fin 3.

Further, in this embodiment, a pair of partition plates 13 are provided, but as shown in FIG. 4, a single partition plate 15 can be used. Insulating material 17 in the gap 16 between
If provided, heat radiation from the shielding plate 12 and the partition plate 13 can be prevented, thereby improving thermal efficiency.

As explained above, the present invention involves attaching heat absorption tubes for different purposes to one side and the other side of a large number of heat absorption fins, respectively, to separate and form a plurality of heating parts for different purposes that share the heat absorption fins. At the same time, a slit extending from the upper end to the lower end is provided at the boundary between the heating parts of the heat absorbing fins, so that the heat exchanger can be manufactured in a common manner, reducing the number of man-hours required for manufacturing the heat exchanger, making it inexpensive, and eliminating the problem of conventional side unused sides. It is possible to provide a heat exchanger for a multi-purpose water heater that has little thermal influence on water heaters, and is a highly practical idea.
