Abstract

PURPOSE:To make catchment and drainage both performable by connecting an upper end of the parapet attached to a bracket tip to a gutter through a cover, and making it into such a setup as connecting an outer wall of a building to the gutter through a tilt plate. CONSTITUTION:A parapet 3 is set up in a tip of a bracket 2 projected horizontally out of an upper beam 51 of a first-floor room unit 50 and a gutter 4 in an upper part of the bracket 2, respectively. Next, there are provided with a cover 5 connecting an upper end of the parapet 3 and the gutter 4 and a tilt plate 6 connecting an outer wall 61 of a second-floor room unit 60 and the gutter 4 and being inclined downward in a direction access to the gutter 4, respectively. Rainwater falling on a pent-roof 1 is collected into the gutter 4 by the cover 5 and the tilt plate 6, and rainwater conveyed on the outer wall 61 of a building is also collected via the tilt plate 6, thus it is made to flow into a drainage ditch through a vertical gutter 10. With this constitution, both catchment and drainage can be facilitated.

In the eaves 1, rain falling on the eaves 1 is collected by the cover 5 and the inclined plate 6 and flows into the horizontal gutter 4. In addition, the rainwater that has passed through the outer wall 61 of the second floor room unit y h60 falls onto the draining board 65, and further falls from the draining board 65 onto the inclined board 6.
It flows down the inclined plate 6 and into the horizontal gutter 4. These rainwater flows from the horizontal gutter 4 through the downspout 10 to the drainage ditch. Therefore, in the case of this eaves 1, only the rain that falls on the side of the parapet 3 drips down below the parapet 3, so even if the ground is below the eaves 1, the ground will be dug up by the water droplets. There isn't. Furthermore, even if a can or the like is placed under the eaves l, water droplets will not hit it and cause noise.

Also, when looking at the eaves 1 from the - floor side, the inside of the eaves 1 is hidden by the eaves 7, and when looking from the second floor side, the gutter 4,
Since the inside of the eave 1 is hidden by the cover 5 and the inclined plate 6, the bracket 2 and the like are not exposed when viewed from either side, so the appearance is very good.

If the longitudinal dimension of the eave 1 is long, prepare two horizontal gutters 4 as shown in FIG. They are arranged in a straight line in the longitudinal direction and installed so that they slope downward in the direction of separation from each other. Then, in order to prevent rainwater from flowing between the two horizontal gutters 4, they are connected using a connector 20 shown in FIGS. 2 to 5. This connector 20 will be explained below.

The connector 20 includes a cover connecting portion 2I whose vertical cross-sectional shape is the same as that of the cover 5, and a vertical cross-sectional shape that is the same as that of the inclined plate 6.
a horizontal portion 23 connecting the center of the lower end of the cover connecting portion 21 and the center of the lower end of the inclined plate connecting portion 22; and a horizontal portion 23 extending vertically downward from both edges of the horizontal portion 23. It is composed of lower extension parts 24 and 25. This connector 20 is attached as follows. First, caulking is applied to the upper surfaces of the ends of the covers 5, 5 and the inclined plates 6, 6 on both sides 14 (then, as shown in FIG. Insert into the closed end 4a of one horizontal gutter 4, and insert the lower extension part 25 into the closed end 4a of the other horizontal gutter 4.
Insert it into a. At the same time, as shown in FIG.
.. The rack is passed between the ends of the inclined plates 5, and the inclined plate connecting portion 22 is passed between the ends of the inclined plates 6, 6. Then, by fixing each cover 5 and the cover connecting portion 21 and each inclined plate 6 and the inclined plate connecting portion 22 with rivets, the connecting tool 20, the cover 5, and the inclined plate 6 are connected in a sealed state.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, by arranging the cover and the inclined plate on both sides of the gutter provided on the eaves, rain falling on the eaves and rainwater flowing onto the eaves can be prevented. The water will now be collected and drained into the BL, and rainwater will no longer fall from the tip of the eaves as in the past. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the ground located below the eaves from being dug up by rainwater and from generating noise due to falling rainwater, which is an excellent effect.
