【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は浴室ドアのドアの換気構造に関するも
のであつて、本考案の目的とするところはドアの
表裏間の換気ができ、しかも換気し得る表裏間で
透視できず、さらに換気孔の開閉ができると共に
開閉操作が簡単にでき、また換気孔や操作ハンド
ルが外観上見えにくく外観を向上できるドアの換

成樹脂を厚肉に被覆すると共に発泡させてウレタ
ン発泡体のような合成樹脂発泡体2にて被覆して
框材Aを形成してある。この合成樹脂発泡体2に
木質系の着色を施すと所謂合成木材となり、高級
な感じを与えることができる。この合成樹脂発泡
体2の表面にはアクリル樹脂のような樹脂被覆を
施してあつて表面を保護すると共に表面を平滑に
し、さらに光沢を出すようになつている。このよ
うに構成された框材Aにて横框A1及び縦框A2を
形成し、横框A1及び縦框A2を框組してドア框B
を形成してある。このドア框B内に面板3を入れ
て面板3の上及び両側の端縁を上の横框A1と両
側の縦框A2の凹溝4に嵌込んであり、一方の縦
框A2に把手5を取付けてある。また換気框Cは
上記框材Aと同様にアルミニウムのようなのよう
な金属にて形成せる角筒状の芯材1に合成樹脂発
泡体2を被覆して框本体6が形成され、この框本
体6に換気機能を設けて形成されている。この場
合も框材Aと同様にアクリル樹脂のような樹脂被
覆を施してある。框本体6の上面には面板3が嵌
合する凹溝4を設けてあり、下面の中央より垂下
壁7を垂下してある。框本体6の下面の表裏には
夫々垂下壁7を隔てて框本体6内と連通する換気
孔8を多数個設けてあり、框本体6内には換気孔
8に合致する透孔9を有する開閉板10を長手方
向に摺動自在に内装してあり、開閉板10の一端
と操作ハンドル11とを長孔12を介して連結棒
13にて連結してある。このように構成された換
気框Cは下部において両側の縦框A2間に架設さ
れ、凹溝4に面板5の下端を嵌込んである。上記
のようにして浴室ドアのようなドアDが形成さ
れ、このドアDを金属等にて形成せるドア枠14
内に把手5と反対の縦框A2とドア枠14の縦枠
とを蝶番5にて連結してドアDを開閉自在にして
ある。ドアDを閉じた状態で換気を行う場合は操
作ハンドル11を操作して開閉板10をスライド

操作することにより換気孔を開閉できる上、簡単
な操作で開閉ができるものであり、さらにドアの
下部に取付けられる換気框の下面の表裏の両方に
換気孔を設け、換気孔を開閉する開閉板の操作ハ
ンドルを換気框の下面の下方に配設したので換気
孔がドア下部の換気框の下面に位置して通常の姿
勢では換気孔が見えないと共に操作ハンドルもド
ア下部の換気框の下方に位置して外観上見えない
ものであつて、換気孔や操作ハンドルがあつても
外観上殆ど見えないようにして外観を向上できる
