するものである。

離脱しないように装着し、その上方向にもやはり
平パツキン19’およびスリーブ20’を装着す
る。つまり、平パツキン19、スリーブ20は弁
座5、シリンダ4に密接離脱できるよう、平パツ
キン19’、スリーブ20’は弁座8、シリンダ
7に密着離脱できるよう配置する。スリーブ2
