Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a peeling work without worsening ambient environment by a method wherein a high press water splashing preventing cover mounted to a vertically and laterally movably arranged mounting bed is adhered on a wall surface, and high pressure water is injected through a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A mounting bed 8 is mounted slidably over a rail 6 installed between cylinder bodies 4 and 5 located elevatably along stays 1 and 2 on both sides.
