直角三角形状のクツション袋と、体躯に捲回して該クツ
ション袋を支持するベルト体と、該クツション体上部に
載置される上肢を支持するための上肢支持体とを有する

30°、肘関節屈曲90’程度のもの(勿論症例や個人
差によって多少の幅はある)であり、これを肩関節の「
機能的肢位」と呼ぶものとする。この機能的肢位におい
て、上肢とワキ腹の間に挟み込むようにクツション袋を
置き、それによって機能的肢位の保持を図らんとするの
