Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify equipment, facilitate the alteration of shape measure and reduce the number of workers by placing plural small-sized hollow panels on a table in the disposition of obtaining a predetermined large-sized hollow panel to be manufactured. CONSTITUTION:Dowels are inserted, while applying adhesive, into all dowel holes of small hollow panels 3 placed on a table 9, and driven by a hammer to perform dowel connection. The beam members 14 of height regulating mechanism 11 are lightly pressed to the upper surface of a thus-formed large-sized hollow panel so as to suppress the swelling of the upper surface to regulate its height and maintain the whole surface of the large-sized hollow panel to flatness. Simultaneously, two pressing screws 18 of a batch fastening mechanism 12 are turned equally to bring a pressing piece 19 into contact with a side end face 4 facing outside for fastening. The dowel connected parts can be thus connected further rigidly in the averaged way. This state is maintained until the adhesive is hardened, and the large-sized hollow panel can be obtained being taken out after the hardening of the adhesive.

(Prior Art) Hollow panels are often used for the walls, floors, etc. of industrially manufactured houses, and it is advantageous to make them as large as possible so that they can be brought to the construction site or less work must be done on site. For this reason, large-sized wall panels and floor panels are standardized as much as possible, and the types are kept small and organized.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The panel manufacturing method according to the present invention is to form a large-sized hollow panel by butting and joining a plurality of small-sized hollow panels each having a plate material attached to a rectangular frame with their side end surfaces facing each other. A panel manufacturing method for obtaining a panel, wherein dowel holes are provided in each side end surface where the plurality of small-sized hollow panels are butt-joined, and the plurality of small-sized hollow panels with the dowel holes are formed into a planar shape. Place the planned large-sized hollow panels on a storage table in the desired arrangement, insert dowels into the dowel holes on each side end surface while applying adhesive, and perform dowel joining. While regulating the height of the formed large-sized hollow panel with respect to the above-mentioned mounting table surface, tighten it all at once to each side end surface where the above-mentioned dowels were connected, and in this state, the above-mentioned adhesive is cured. The structure is such that a large-sized hollow panel can be obtained by holding up to

Due to the manufacturing method of arranging multiple small-sized hollow panels on a mounting table in an arrangement to obtain a planned large-sized hollow panel, the range that can be placed on the mounting table is limited by the shape and size of the product. Even if the situation changes, we can respond immediately and continue manufacturing.

As shown in FIG. 1, the panel manufacturing method according to this embodiment consists of four standard-sized hollow panels 3, each of which is a small-sized hollow panel 3 made by pasting plywood as a plate material 2 to a rectangular frame l, into a long length. A large-sized hollow panel 5 for a wall is obtained by butting and joining the side end surfaces 4 of the sides. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, dowel holes 7 are provided in the frame member 6 on the side end surfaces 4 of each long side, and dowels 8 that fit the holes are prepared.

The height regulating mechanism 11 is a beam member 14 that is mounted on the opposing side of the frame IO with a bracket I3 having a structure that allows the mounting position to be changed and the height to be adjusted. Two sets of these were prepared perpendicularly to the side end surface 4 to be joined with dowels. - Clamp tightening is a mechanism! 2 is a type in which each side end surface 4 to be joined with a dowel is tightened all at once from both side end surfaces 4 facing outside, and is comprised of a suppressing member 15 and a member 16 as a receiver.

A small-sized hollow panel 3 placed on the above-mentioned installation table 9
A dowel 8 is inserted into each dowel hole 7 while applying adhesive, and is driven in with a hammer to connect the dowels. The beam member 14 of the height regulating mechanism 11 is lightly pressed against the upper surface 20 of the large-sized hollow panel 5 thus formed to suppress the lifting of the upper surface 20 and regulate the height. The flatness of the entire surface of the hollow panel 5 is maintained. At the same time, for batch tightening, the two pressing screws 18 of the mechanism 12 are turned evenly, and the suppressing piece I9 is brought into contact with the side end surface 4 facing outside and tightened. This allows the tab joints to be evenly and more firmly joined.

Depending on the number of dowel joints, use a cyanoacrylate-based so-called IE adhesive, a fast-curing epoxy resin adhesive, or a hot-melt adhesive depending on the number of dowel connections. I used instant adhesive. Then, since the curing time is quick, dowel joining is performed halfway without applying adhesive, leaving 1 to 2 cm between each side end surface 4,
With the height regulating mechanism 11 activated, quickly apply adhesive near the surface of the dowel 8, and immediately tighten the dowel 8 using the mechanism 12.
operate. This closes the open side end surfaces 4 to perform dowel connection, and further presses and holds to complete the adhesion. Note that the dowel 8 in this case had a vertical groove formed in a part of its outer circumferential surface to make it easier for the adhesive to spread around both ends of the dowel 8.

Since the panel manufacturing method according to the present invention is performed as described above, even if the shape and dimensions of the large-sized hollow panel are changed,
(a) It can be manufactured immediately within the range that can fit on the equipment table. The preparatory work is minimal, and only the height regulating mechanism and collective tightening are performed to align the mechanism. Furthermore, if the types of small-sized hollow panels are increased, a corresponding variety of large-sized hollow panels can be obtained. The equipment has a very simple structure, requires a small installation area, and has low equipment costs.

Only a small number of workers are required, and if there is a lifting and transporting machine, it is possible for one person to work to some extent. The bonding strength of each side edge portion is also very high due to the combination of dowel bonding and adhesion, and is practically no different from that of a large-sized hollow panel manufactured from the beginning as a single piece.
