円筒状の永久磁石の端面に強磁性材料からなる中
空円板状のヨークを同軸的に固着すると共に、永
久磁石の内面に中心磁界調整用のコイルを同軸的
に配設してなるフオーカスマグネツトにおいて、
永久磁石の軸線を含む面と平行な少なくとも１個
の切断溝を設け、この切断溝内に絶縁材料からな
る渦電流遮断部材を嵌着したことを特徴とするフ
オーカスマグネツト。 (2) 永久磁石がアルニコ磁石および／または希
土類磁石である請求項(1)記載のフオーカスマグ
ネツト。 (3) 永久磁石間に介装させる中空円板状のヨー
クが軸と直交する分割平面を有する請求項(1)若
