This process requires a considerable amount of special skill and time, and also has the disadvantage of causing wrinkles in the shaped portion, resulting in very poor work efficiency and the inability to obtain a good finished shape.

The shaping work can be easily streamlined into a narrow or flat shape, and
To provide a felt cloth as a core material that provides a good finish.

According to the felt cloth according to the present invention, which has thin circular holes, the felt cloth can be curved, narrowed, or freely expanded and contracted in all directions on the plane by the expansion and contraction deformation of each thin circular hole during steaming treatment. It can be shaped and finished without causing local wrinkles, and the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional felt cloth can be eliminated.

FIGS. 3 and 4 are a plan view and a longitudinal sectional elevation view of the case where an arcuate curved surface 3 is formed in the center of the felt cloth of the present invention. The felt cloth expands and contracts in the curved direction as a result of the expansion and contraction deformation of the small circular holes 2, 2 drilled with the . The felt cloth of the present invention is shown in a rectangular shape, and FIG. 6 shows the felt cloth shown in FIG. 5 which has been shaped into a two-dimensional fan shape by steam heat treatment.
