(1) Prior Art Depending on the patient's symptoms, a catheter is often inserted through the nasal cavity or oral cavity and nutrients are administered enterally. Conventionally, a catheter made of vinyl chloride resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, silicone rubber resin, etc. in the shape of a tube was inserted by pushing it through the nasal cavity or oral cavity. It stayed. For this reason, the time required for insertion is extremely long, and especially when the catheter is passed from the stomach to the duodenum, the tip of the catheter becomes bent, making it extremely difficult to pass through the pylorus.

(2) Problems to be solved Inserting the catheter described above is painful and puts a considerable burden on patients with weakened physical strength who require bed rest. Shortening the time will reduce the burden on the patient, while also giving the practitioner more time to perform other medical treatments. Therefore,
The purpose of this invention is to provide a catheter that can reduce the patient's pain associated with catheter insertion and shorten the time required for insertion.

(4) Examples Examples of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. 1st
The figure is a longitudinal sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention, showing a catheter tube 1, a connector 4, and a stylet 1.
Consists of 0. Catheter tube 1
The cylindrical shape is made of silicone rubber-based synthetic resin, etc., a lumen 2 is provided therein, and a plurality of side holes 3 are bored therein. Alternatively, a tip portion 13 is provided in which a plurality of ceramic balls 4 or cylinders (not shown) are embedded to form unevenness. The connector 4 is made of a suitable synthetic resin and is fitted to the rear end of the catheter tube 2, and the lumen 2 is provided with a nutrient passage 5 that communicates with the outside through a communicating opening 6, and is branched from the nutrient passage 5. A branch pipe 7 in which a branch passage 8 and an opening 9 are formed is provided. The stylet 10 is made of a plurality of metal pieces (for example, stainless steel).
The wires are twisted together and a metal sphere 11 is fixed to the tip by welding or other suitable means. (FIG. 2 is an enlarged explanatory view showing the shape of the tip of the stylet) In another embodiment of the present invention, the connector has a third
As shown in the figure, the part that fits into the catheter tube and the part in which the branch pipe is formed are separated and can be screwed together with male threads 15 and female threads 16.

(5) Effects of the present invention As described above, the catheter according to the present invention has a parabolic surface at the tip, so it does not damage the tissue of the living body during insertion, and the process of inserting it from the nasal cavity or oral cavity and reaching the intestines In order to sequentially change the direction of movement of the catheter, the distal end portion can be smoothly inserted by bending along the in-vivo passageway due to the irregularities formed therein with appropriate weight, and the irregularities can be inserted smoothly into the gastrointestinal tract. By adjusting the catheter to the peristalsis of the catheter, the catheter can be advanced without the need for pushing force (particularly with conventional catheters, the tip tends to bend when passing through the pylorus, making insertion difficult).Reducing patient pain. have an effect.

Next, since the insertion operation of the catheter is performed by grasping the rear end of the catheter, it was difficult with conventional catheters to transmit the operator's hand operations to the tip of the catheter. However, by inserting the stylet into the lumen, The operator's operations can be easily transmitted to the tip of the catheter, allowing the operator to operate the catheter as desired. After the catheter has been inserted into the desired position, the stylet can be easily removed by injecting a lubricant such as olive oil through the branch tube.
