【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、歯科治療に際し、根管拡大形成に用
いるリーマ等が根尖部より突き出てしまうことな
く当該治療歯根管長を極めて容易にしかも正確に
表示することができ安全な歯科治療を行うために
用いて有用な根管長測定器に関するものである。

に挿入してX線撮影を行う方法がある。又近年に
おいては根管の電気抵抗測定による根管長測定が
行われている。この電気的根管長測定法はかなり
の高率で根尖孔の位置を教えてくれるのが多少の
バラツキもありX線撮影方法と併用されたりして
いる。

なることを特徴とする根管長測定器により解決さ

り、取付け取り外し作業等で不要で作業上何ら支
障とならないばかりかリーマがフリーの状態で使
用でき、V字体にてリーマ回転を支えるという有
用な作用効果をも発揮するものである。

5における赤色部分を表示してリーマが歯根膜腔
に到達し、根管長が好適な長さとなつたことを知
らせるものである。

に本考案にあつてはセンサー部が従来のクリツプ
形、わに口形との固定方式と異なり薄形V字形状
をしていることから、リーマ径部に接触するのみ
でよく、治療時リーマが根管内に深く挿入され径
部が極く短くても容易に正確な測定ができるよう
になつたとともに、根管内でリーマがフリーの状
態で使用でき、測定の都度センサーの固定及び取
り外し等の作業は不要となり、またV字形状とし
たことから計測時以外はほんの少しリーマより離
しておくことにより、リーマの回転を支えるとい
う有用な効果をも発揮する。
