対してＣリングを組付けるためのＣリング組付装
置であつて、その内周面を上記Ｃリングを縮径変
化させながらその軸方向に案内可能とするテーパ
面とした略筒状の治具と、該治具に対してその軸
方向に移動可能に配置される可動体に上記治具内
に配置さた上記Ｃリングの押し込み方向後方側の
側面に当接する押圧面を有する複数個の加圧ヘツ
ドを該Ｃリングの周方向に所定間隔で配置してな
る可動ユニツトとを備えるとともに、上記複数個
の加圧ヘツドの内、上記Ｃリングの不連続端部近
傍に位置する加圧ヘツドを、その押圧面がこれ以
外の加圧ヘツドの押圧面と加圧ユニツト軸方向に
おいて同一位置に位置する第１位置と該第１位置
よりも軸方向前方側あるいは後方側に位置する第
２位置に選択設定可能としたことを特徴とするＣ
