When applying a PVC lining, a thermally expandable polyvinyl chloride material is set on the inner surface of the pipe and bonded by applying heat and internal pressure, or by squeezing the pipe.

Another problem is that if the lining is damaged, local corrosion is likely to occur. Furthermore, there is a drawback that adhesiveness becomes unstable due to variations in construction conditions and resin quality. Water may enter the adhesive interface from the tube end, etc., resulting in a decrease in long-term adhesion and the formation of rust.

To prevent an eclipse from occurring, it is important to make C difficult. Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the inner resin lining pipe of the present invention has a circular resin lining material having an uneven outer surface disposed on the inner surface of the pipe, and the outer surface of the resin lining material A layer of mortar is interposed between the tube and the inner surface. In addition, the method for manufacturing an inner surface resin-lined pipe of the present invention includes applying mortar lining to the inner surface of the pipe, inserting a cylindrical resin lining material having an uneven outer surface into the mortar lining area, and then This is used for mortar curing. Effect: With this configuration, a mortar layer is formed on the inner surface of the pipe, and a layer of resin lining material is also formed on the inner surface, so the lining material does not come into direct contact with the inner surface of the pipe. , there is no need to prepare the inner surface of the pipe. Furthermore, the parts of the pipe that come in contact with the fluid are lined with resin, so they have sufficient durability against corrosive fluids. Since the resin lining material and the mortar physically adhere firmly to each other due to the irregularities on the outer surface of the resin lining material, there is almost no reduction in long-term adhesion due to the intrusion of fluids such as water into the pipe.

。Even if the resin lining material suffers some damage locally, since the mortar is present as a base, corrosion will not easily occur, and no problem will occur if the fluid in the pipe is tap water or the like. When the pipe is an iron pipe, the occurrence of IZ corrosion is prevented by the alkaline passivity of the mortar.

Further, on the inner surface of the mortar layer 2, a cylindrical resin lining material 3 is arranged. This resin lining 143 can be made of polyvinyl vinyl, polyethylene, polybutene, etc., and has a large number of ant-like irregularities 4 formed on its outer surface.

By doing this, an inner resin-lined pipe with the structure shown in the figure can be obtained. Here, since the mortar layer 2 is formed by high-strength centrifugal force molding and expands moderately, the mortar layer 2 and the resin lining material 3 are combined with the unevenness 4 of the initial fat lining material 3 to is physically firmly attached. The adhesion between the mortar layer 2 and the cast iron pipe 1 is also good, and there is no need for surface treatment. Therefore, as the resin lining material 3, it is possible to use a polyethylene pipe that is difficult to adhere to the pipe 1 made of metal such as cast iron. Also, it does not need to be a special type with the same thermal expansion characteristics as tube 1, and a general type can be used. The thickness may be thin as long as it can maintain its cylindrical shape.

In addition, for example, when the fluid in the pipe is tap water, there is the advantage that it does not adversely affect the quality of the water. As described above, since the mortar layer 2 and the resin lining material 3 are physically strongly adhered to each other, there is almost no reduction in long-term adhesion due to the intrusion of the inside of the pipe from the end of the pipe.
