(Prior art) Paper cloth wallpaper B, which has been used conventionally, is
As shown in the figure and Fig. 6, either obtain thin paper (approximately 20 g/ m2 ) by general machine making and print pattern 6 on it, or print the pattern 6 as it is on paper with a thickness of about 8 mm to 30 mm. After cutting into tape shapes,
This is formed into a thread by using a twisting machine, and then the twisted thread 7 is colored by a cell drawing process, or unprocessed threads are used for the warp and weft, and woven into a predetermined fabric.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, the conventional paper-cloth wallpaper B uses thin paper as the base paper and prints the pattern 6 on it, or uses a piece without a pattern and tapes it. The wallpaper is cut into tape shapes, then twisted into threads using a twisting machine, and then woven in the warp and weft using the twisted threads 7. Therefore, the finished wallpaper is printed. Although it is possible to obtain wallpaper with emphasized colors by using pattern 6 or other colored cell drawing processes, it becomes a tightened strand due to processing using a twisting machine, etc., and after the weaving process. In this case, the surface did not have a soft texture, and therefore, there was a problem in that good tactility could not be obtained.

B. Structure of the invention (means for solving the problems) The Japanese paper decorative fabric used for wallpaper, etc. according to the invention to achieve the above-mentioned purpose is made using plain paper as the raw material for handmade Japanese paper, as shown in the examples. This paper is made by mixing paper pulp, which is then mixed with pattern raw material 2 made of paper mulberry bark, etc., and cutting the paper into tape shapes, which are then folded into thin layers without twisting them. Thread 1
The structure is such that the paper yarn 1 is used as the weft and the cotton yarn 4 is used as the warp.

(Function) Since the Japanese paper decorative fabric used for wallpaper etc. according to the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, when this Japanese paper decorative fabric is woven and processed in a predetermined manner and used, for example, raw materials for handmade Japanese paper (mulberry and triangular) can be used. ) is mixed with pulp for plain paper, and pattern raw material 2 made of mulberry bark is mixed into the satin material, and then machine-made to form a specified base paper, this base paper is made soft. Crepe processing (wrinkling) is performed to release the base paper, and this paper is then cut into a tape shape with a width of about 10 mm, which is then formed into a thin paper thread 1 with as little twisting as possible. 1 for the weft and cotton thread 4 for the warp to form a Japanese paper decorative fabric A of a predetermined size, and then a paper 5 such as cardboard is attached to the back side of this Japanese paper decorative fabric A. , used as wallpaper, etc.

In the figure, 1 is untwisted paper yarn, which is made by mixing the pulp for plain paper into the raw material for handmade washi made of mulberry and trident, and further mixing the pattern raw material 2 made of mulberry bark for the satin fabric. The paper stock obtained is machine-made to create base paper. The base paper is creped (wrinkled) to give it softness, and then the base paper is cut into 10mm wide tapes. It is made by folding the base paper into threads with as little twisting as possible.

When forming and using the Japanese paper decorative fabric A according to this embodiment, the base paper obtained by mixing the pattern raw material 2 is cut into a tape shape, this is used as the paper thread 1, and the paper thread 1 and the designed twisted paper 3 are cut into tape shapes. A patterned Japanese paper decorative fabric A is obtained by interweaving the cotton threads 4 while arranging them alternately.
After forming this, the paper 5 is pasted on the back side of this to obtain a decorative paper with a soft texture unique to Japanese paper.
This can be used as is for wallpaper, etc.

Embodiment 2 Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 3 and 4. In this embodiment, the pattern raw material 2' constituting the paper thread 1' is colored in a large manner. The paper thread 1' is made by mixing pulp for plain paper into the raw materials of mulberry and trident for handmade washi paper, and further mixing viscose fibers colored at the ceremony. After that, the paper stock is machine-made to make base paper.
This base paper is creped to make it soft, then cut into tapes of a certain width, and then made into threads with as little twisting as possible. and designed twisted paper 3' are alternately arranged and interwoven with cotton yarn 4' to obtain a predetermined Japanese paper decorative fabric A', and the paper 5' is attached to the back side of this.

C. Effects of the invention The decorative Japanese paper fabric used for wallpaper, etc. according to the invention is made by mixing the pulp for plain paper into the raw material for handmade washi paper as described above, and further adding pattern raw materials such as paper mulberry bark. The mixed stock was machine-made to obtain base paper, and this base paper was further cut into tape shapes to form untwisted paper threads, and the paper threads were used as the weft and the cotton threads were used as the warp. Because it is made of Japanese paper, this decorative Japanese paper fabric has a soft texture unique to Japanese paper that cannot be expressed with conventional printing or cellulose processing, and it also has extremely good tactility and a soft texture. Therefore, it has a unique effect of extremely increasing the product value.
