Conventional technology With the recent expansion of distribution systems and the development of food processing technology, most sweets and foods are automatically processed. However, among these confectioneries, for example, shortcakes and decorated cakes, confectionery such as sponge cakes that are decorated by placing cream or other ingredients on a confectionery stand are often manufactured manually. On the other hand, in the field of electronic equipment, due to the remarkable development of computer technology,
The field of application has been expanded to include the production and processing of confectionery, etc. However, because the manufacturing and processing processes for confectionery and the like involve multiple and diverse processes, it is difficult to incorporate computer technology into food manufacturing and processing machines, and the development of VI machines that incorporate computer programs has been far behind. ing.

When incorporating computer technology, including computer programs, into food manufacturing and processing machines and equipment, it is necessary to improve the manufacturing and processing processes to make them compatible with the incorporation of computer technology prior to the incorporation. If these improvements are not made and computer technology is directly incorporated into conventional confectionery manufacturing and processing processes, it will actually complicate the work, and in fact, it is often better not to incorporate computer technology. For example, if we look at the manufacturing process of so-called manshu, etc., the so-called manshu has a structure in which the filling is wrapped in confectionery dough, so it has traditionally been manufactured by various methods, but the manufacturing technology has been developed using computers. In order to incorporate this technology, the manufacturing process consists of a container forming process in which confectionery dough is molded into a container shape, a filling process in which the contents are injected into the container-shaped dough, and a closing process in which the contents are closed with the dough. need to be improved.

In addition, for decorated cakes and shortcakes,
On top of a confectionery stand such as castella cake, a processing station such as a depositor that drips cream or other liquid is moved around to draw a design using the cream or the like, and the designs are layered one after another to create a decoration. However, in order to apply computer program technology to this decorative process, it is necessary to classify the completed design into each element along with the movement of the depositor, consolidate the movement of the depositor, and then apply cream or other cream. It is necessary to improve the method by keeping the depositor stationary and moving the confectionery itself, such as castella cake, or the top plate on which it is placed, within a horizontal level.

That is, when the depositor is configured to remain stationary while the top is moved horizontally, the top placed under the depositor is controlled by a predetermined program (each of the movements classified above) using the built-in computer equipment. The depositor, which remains stationary, can be easily moved by means of a predetermined program for each element, and can be supplied with a large amount of cream or other liquids.Furthermore, once the decoration is complete, the table top can be removed from computer equipment. It can also be moved and discharged by command.

From this point on, the present inventor first discovered the
No. 344, we proposed an automatic molding device for confectionery, etc., as shown in Figure 5. In this automatic molding device, a processing station 2 such as one or more depositors is provided on an endless conveyor belt 1, and one or more processing stations 2, such as depositors, are provided on the endless conveyor belt 1 to decorate the confectionery or the like by depositing cream or the like. Locking pieces 3 are provided on the belt 1 at predetermined pitch intervals. In addition, the top plate 4 is secured by these locking pieces 3.
is held, and under each processing station 2, the top plate 4 moves together with the endless conveyor belt 1 in the length direction of the endless conveyor belt and in the width direction perpendicular to this length direction, and each element of the required design is It completes the corresponding decoration processing and is transferred to the next adjacent processing station. The movement RM4 in the lengthwise and widthwise directions is configured as follows.

The lower part of the main body 5 is supported by wheels 6 for portability, and at least two bases 7 are provided on the front of the main body 5, and a guide rail 8 is laid on each base 1, and each guide A support stand 10 is provided on the rail 8 with wheels 9 interposed therebetween. Therefore, the support stand 10 runs in the direction of arrow E (that is, the width direction perpendicular to the length direction), and the rotation shaft 11 is supported at least at both ends of each support stand 10. Pulleys 12 are attached to the pulleys 12, and each conveyor belt 1 is wound between these pulleys 12. The pulleys 12 are driven to run the conveyor belts 1 in the length direction, passing the top plate 4 between the processing stations. In addition to transferring from the upstream side to the downstream side, the top plate 4 under each processing station 2 can be moved quickly in the length direction according to a predetermined program. Usually, a rack 1 is attached to the outer periphery of this connecting rod 13.
3a is formed, and on the other hand, a binion 14 in the main body 5 is connected to this rack 13a, and the binion 14 is connected to the drive pulley 1.
5 and a belt 16 to be rotated by a drive motor 17. As the pinion 14 rotates, the support base 10 moves in the width direction via the connecting rod 13 as shown by the arrow, and the pair of conveyor belts 1 and the top plate 4 move in the width direction under each processing station 2. do.

However, the width direction movement structure in this automatic molding AV:1 is based on the base 7, the guide rail 8 provided on it, and the support base 10 running on the guide rail. Since the support stand 10 is moved in the width direction by a binion rack mechanism, it is complicated and large.
The weight is large, which hinders the portability and economic efficiency of the entire device.

In addition, pulleys 12 are provided at both ends of the rotating shaft 11 supported by each support stand 10, the conveyor belt 1 is endlessly wound around these pulleys 12, the top plate 4 is placed on top of the pulleys 12, and the top plate 4 is placed inside the top plate 4. Therefore, directly under the top plate 4 there is a pulley 12, support stand 10, or rotating shaft 11, and when the top plate 4 is removed, these are left outside as they are. The cream and other substances from the processing station 2 such as the depositor may be exposed to the pulley 12, the rotating shaft 11, the support stand 10, and a part of the connecting rod 13. Movement in the width direction and operation will be hindered.Furthermore, when removing cream and other items that have fallen onto the machine, disassemble the device and take out the support base 10, rotating shaft 11, pulley 12, and connecting rod 13. After cleaning it, it has to be reassembled, which takes a lot of effort to clean.

In addition, the top plate 2 is placed on a pair of conveyor belts 1, and the top plate 4 is placed under the processing station 4 together with the conveyor belt 1 in the length direction (hereinafter referred to as the Y-Y direction) and the orthogonal width direction (hereinafter referred to as the Y-Y direction). , X-X direction), even if the top plate 4 is held down by the locking piece 3, it will slip on the conveyor belt 1, and the conveyor belt 1 will be moved accurately along the X and Y axes according to a predetermined program. Even if it is moved in the direction, the child on the top plate 4 often does not necessarily move according to a predetermined program. For this reason, even if cream or the like is dropped from each processing station 2, a pattern or shape cannot be formed according to a predetermined program. In this case, it is conceivable to give the conveyor belt 1 a frictional property to stop the slippage between the conveyor belt 1 and the top plate 4.
In addition to the conveyor belt itself being expensive, lightweight materials such as synthetic resin and rubber have considerable sliding properties, so they cannot be used. For example, a metallic conveyor belt that can have % friction properties If this is used, the entire device will become larger, which is undesirable.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks. Specifically, for example, a baking sheet on which confectionery dough such as a sponge cake is placed is conveyed along with an endless conveyor belt according to a predetermined computer program. This is an automatic molding device that molds shortcakes, decorated cakes, etc. by dropping cream or other ingredients from a stationary depositor onto this endless conveyor belt. We propose an automatic molding device that can move accurately according to a predetermined program without slipping.

In short, a drive motor 29, a drive pulley 27, and a guide pulley 28 are integrally attached to both ends of the moving frame 24, and a conveyor belt 22, 23 is connected between the pulleys 27, 28.
is applied. Therefore, on the moving frame 24, the conveyor belts 22, 23 are driven by the rotation of the drive motor 29 to move in the Y-Y direction during decoration processing at each processing station 2, while at the same time, the processing at one processing station 2 is completed. After that, the top plate 21 is sent under the adjacent processing station 2 from the upstream side toward the downstream side. Further, continuous teeth are provided on the back side of each endless conveyor belt 22, 23, and the teeth of the drive pulley 27 and the guide pulley 28 are meshed with the teeth, so that the rotational movement of the drive pulley 27 is accurately controlled by the endless conveyor belt. so that it can be transmitted to the belt 22, and at this time,
Only by detecting the rotational displacement of the drive pulley 21 and accurately controlling this rotational displacement, the corresponding movement of each endless conveyor belt 22, 23 in the Y-Y direction can be accurately adjusted.
