This relates to a heat shielding device for a manufactured case.

A transparent display board 4 arranged on the screen is used to provide illumination display.

In particular, as the number of display items increases and the number of display items increases, the capacity of room 2 becomes smaller and the distance between the lamp 3 and the inner wall of the case narrows.
This is the part that receives the most direct heat from the lamp 3 and reaches a high temperature, and the thermal deformation of this part is more significant than that of other parts of the inner wall of the case.

There is a structure in which the cylindrical body 9 is provided in contact with the cylindrical part 7, and this cylindrical body 9 provides good illumination to the indicator dial 15 disposed on the upper part, and also prevents the irradiation heat of the light source 10 from being directly transmitted to the cylindrical part 7. Products that also have a heat shielding effect are known.

のではない。 However, since the cylindrical body 9 is provided in contact with the cylindrical part 7, of the irradiated heat that the cylindrical body 9 receives, the heat that is generated in the cylindrical body 9 without being reflected is directly transmitted to the cylindrical part 7 and has an adverse effect. It will affect you. In other words, even if the cylindrical body 9 having the above-mentioned reflective effect is provided, if heat continues to be transmitted as it is through the cylindrical body 9, it cannot be said that thermal deformation will not occur on the inner wall of the cylindrical part 7. This does not solve the aforementioned problem that thermal deformation is more likely to occur as the light source 10 is approached.

とする。 The present invention was made to solve the above problem, and includes a cylindrical metal heat shield that shields between the lamp and the inner wall of the case, and a part or all of the space between the heat shield and the inner wall of the case. An object of the present invention is to provide a heat shielding device having good heat resistance by having a structure in which the heat shielding device is arranged and fixed with an air layer interposed therebetween to slow down heat transfer.

The figure is similar to the conventional device, and a synthetic resin case 1 is divided into rooms 2 for display items, and a lamp 3 is housed in each room to illuminate and display a display board 4 disposed in the opening. There is. Here, reference numeral 5 denotes a metal heat shield plate, which has a cylindrical shape with a smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the chamber 2 made by bending a flat metal plate, and has a plurality of protrusions 6 formed at its lower end. At the bottom of the case 1 and at predetermined locations in each room 2, there are protrusions 6 of the metal heat shield plate 5.
A groove 7 is formed into which the metal heat shield plate 5 is press-fitted, and by press-fitting the protrusion 6 into the groove 7, the metal heat shield plate 5 is placed and fixed in the room 2, covering the lamp.

The part closest to the irradiation is most intensely irradiated, and the temperature becomes highest in this part, but since the heat shield plate 5 itself is made of metal, the amount of heat generated by this irradiation does not cause thermal deformation. Further, since metal is a substance with good thermal conductivity, the irradiated heat does not remain in the above portion but tends to be transmitted to the entire metal heat shield plate 5 (dispersion effect). In other words, the metal heat shield plate 5 acts so that only a specific portion does not reach a high temperature and the entire temperature becomes uniform. The heat that is uniformly transmitted through the metal heat shield plate 5 tries to radiate toward the lower temperature direction, that is, toward the case 1, but due to the above-mentioned dispersion effect, the heat radiated from a specific location is not at a high temperature; Heat is dissipated evenly.

This air layer S slows down the heat transfer from the metal heat shield plate 5, suppressing the temperature rise of the case 1, and thereby preventing thermal deformation.

This allows the case 1 to be prevented from deforming.

The structure is the same as that of the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 except for the fixing structure 9 formed therein. In this case as well, the air layer S is formed with a constant gap around the entire circumference between the metal heat shield plate 5 and the inner wall of the room 2, and together with the direct heat of the lamp 3, it suppresses heat transfer well and increases the temperature of the synthetic resin case 1. It can be effective in alleviating the

Therefore, the metal heat shield plate 5 is connected to the outer circumferential surface of the side where the locking arm 10 is bent and suspended, and the elastic locking arm 1
The case 1 is fixed with the side wall of the case 1 sandwiched between the case 1 and the case 1. In this case, the air layer S that slows down the heat transfer between the metal heat shield plate 5 and the inner wall of the room 2 will be formed only on the other three sides, and it is undeniable that the heat shielding effect will be slightly reduced. It can be adopted as a sufficient structure depending on the amount of heat generated by the lamp 3 and the size of the room 2, and it has the advantage that it can be provided at a low cost as an additional part that does not require modification to the case of a conventional display device.

In the case 1 made of synthetic resin, the integrated partition wall that partitions the storage room for lamps 3 for each display item is omitted, and each lamp 3 is A cylindrical metal heat shield plate 5 that covers
A single metal plate is bent to form a plurality of rooms in a row, and each room is partitioned by a metal heat shield plate 5.

Needless to say. In addition, according to the above structure, there is no need for a partition wall to separate the lamp 3 storage rooms for each display item, so the area of the synthetic resin case 1 relative to the lamp 3 is reduced, which improves heat resistance and allows easier assembly. possible.

置を提供し得るものである。 As described in detail above, the present invention is a display board with a transparent part attached to the opening of a synthetic resin case, which displays illumination using an internal lamp. A cylindrical metal heat shield plate is installed and fixed with a heat shield gap between the heat shield plate and the inner wall of the case to reduce heat transfer, so direct heat from the lighting lamps is removed from the metal heat shield. A two-stage heat shielding effect is achieved: the heat generated by the metal heat shield is dispersed throughout the metal heat shield, the heat radiated from the metal heat shield is made uniform, and the heat is further alleviated by the heat shield gap. It is possible to suppress the significant temperature rise of the synthetic resin case and prevent damage such as thermal deformation, and it is possible to create a highly reliable heat shielding device with a simple structure without using expensive heat-resistant materials. This is something that can be provided.
