Abstract

PURPOSE:To wash various objects to be washed by one washing machine without selecting the kind of fiber for the object to be washed by supplying washing liquid, which includes an enzyme suitable for the fiber of the object to be washed, into a washing and dehydrating machine by a circulator while selecting the liquid out of plural tanks. CONSTITUTION:First and second tanks 1A and 1B are equipped with plural kinds 10A and 10B of the washing liquid including the enzyme suitable for the fiber of an object 4 to be washed. For example, the first tank 1A stocks the alkaline washing liquid 10A including the enzyme suitable for the cellulose laundry and the second tank 1B stocks the neutral washing liquid 10 including the enzyme suitable for the animal protein fiber of the laundry. In the first and second tanks 1A and 1B, a heat insulating device is separately provided to keep the washing liquid at a prescribed temperature. A washing and dehydrating machine 3 is composed of an outer barrel 30, inner barrel 31, which is arranged in the outer barrel 30 so as to be rotated, and driving motor to rotate the inner barrel 31.

When 22B is opened, steam 14 is supplied to the steam layers 16A and 16B of the first tank IA and the second tank IB, and the heat of the steam 14 is conducted to the heat medium 12 in the heat medium tanks 13A and 13B, and the heat is The temperature of the medium 12 rises, and the hot water of the heat medium 12 causes the cleaning liquid tanks 11A and II to
The cleaning liquid 10A and IOB in B are gradually warmed. At this time, since the cleaning liquid 10A and IOB are heated gradually rather than rapidly, there is no risk that the enzymes contained in the cleaning liquid 10A and IOB will be decomposed and destroyed.

Next, the on-off valves 34 and 35 are opened to supply water and hot water into the outer shell 30 and inner shell 31, and a predetermined amount of detergent, etc. (not shown) is added, so that the supplied amount of water and hot water is adjusted to a predetermined amount. When this is reached, the on-off valves 34 and 35 are closed. Then, the inner cylinder 31 is rotated forward and reverse for a predetermined period of time to wash the laundry 4. When this washing is completed, the rotation of the inner shell 31 is stopped, the on-off valve 32 is opened, and the washing water in the outer shell 30 is discharged to the outside through the drain pipe 320. Subsequently, while the on-off valve 32 remains in the above-mentioned open state, the inner barrel 31 is rotated forward and reverse for a predetermined period of time to dehydrate the object 4 to be washed. When this dehydration is completed, close the on-off valve 32 and open the inner shell 3 from the on-off door.
By taking out the item 4 to be washed in 1, the item 4 to be washed can be washed.
Rinsing and dewatering is completed. Note that the above-mentioned operations are performed manually or automatically.

In addition, during the above-mentioned soak washing, if the inner barrel 31 is rotated forward and reverse intermittently and at a low speed to the extent that the object 4 to be washed is not wrinkled by setting a timer or the like, the object 4 to be washed and the cleaning liquids 10A and 10B are rotated. It is also possible to make the cleaning effect uniform by making the contact with the product more uniform.

When the above-mentioned soaking for a predetermined period of time is completed, the three-way switching valve 56 is opened to the cleaning liquid return pipes 57A and 57B, and the cleaning liquid 10A and IOB in the outer shell 30 are returned to the tank 1. Next, the three-way switching valve 56 is closed, the on-off valves 34 and 35 are opened, water and hot water detergent are introduced into the outer shell 30, and normal (described above) washing and dehydration is performed without transferring the laundry 4.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above, the bio-cleaning machine of the present invention divides the tank into a plurality of cleaning liquids containing enzymes that are compatible with the fibers to be washed, and connects the plurality of tanks with the existing one. A circulation device is connected to the washer-dehydrator that circulates the cleaning liquid separated by the type of fiber of the item to be washed, and the temperature of the cleaning liquid divided by the type of fiber of the item to be washed is adjusted in multiple tanks. Since each fiber is equipped with a separate heating device to keep it at a temperature suitable for activating each enzyme, a cleaning solution containing enzymes suitable for the fibers to be washed can be selected from among multiple tanks. It can be fed into an existing washer-extractor using a circulating system. Therefore, one washing machine can wash various items regardless of the type of fibers in the items.
