この発明は流し台や洗面化粧台等に使用する天

この発明の一実施例を第2図および第3図を用
いて説明する。すなわち、この天板橋渡部の補強
構造は、天板6に並列形成した一対のシンク取付
穴7,8の外方を囲むように枠9を天板6の裏面
に固定し、各シンク10,11開口周縁に形成し
た外鍔10a,11aをゴムパツキン12を介し
て天板6裏面のシンク取付穴7,8周縁にそれぞ
れ対接するとともに、アングル等で構成した補強
材13を天板6の橋渡部6aに沿つてその裏面側
に配し、樹脂14を枠9内周面とシンク10,1
1外周面と天板6裏面とで囲む凹部に流し込ん
で、外鍔10a,11aの全体と補強材13のほ
とんどを樹脂14内に埋設し、樹脂14の硬化を
待つてこの樹脂14により両シンク10,11と
補強材13を天板6へ固定する。この場合、補強
材13は、橋渡部6aに対応する部分のみ配設し
ているが、その両端を延長して枠9へ固定するよ
うにしてもよい。なお、第2図において、10
b,11bは各シンク10,11の排水穴であ

に外鍔を埋設するよう流し込み硬化して各シンク
を天板へ固定した樹脂と、前記天板の橋渡部に沿
つて前記樹脂内に埋設した補強材とを備えている
ため、橋渡部の強度を向上できるという効果があ

内周面とシンク外周面と天板裏面とで囲む凹部に
外鍔を埋設するよう流し込み硬化して各シンクを
天板へ固定した樹脂と、前記天板の橋渡部に沿つ
て前記樹脂内に埋設した補強材とを備えた天板橋
渡部の補強構造。1.
